I’m very happy with the swivel chair we purchased from Brosa. The design is elegant and versatile. It is also comfortable to sit on. Had some issues with the product at first but this was quickly resolved by Brosa’s excellent customer service team. One happy repeat customer.

Our table is fabulous. Great quality, extremely well priced. Updates on delivery were regular. Communication on the day of delivery were excellent. Love Brosa and their furniture.

I ordered a chair on 31 March 2022 that they advertised was available for immediate dispatch from their Warehouse in Melbourne Australia. A month later and several emails and conversations with their help chatbox and lots of apologies and advice that the item is in their Warehouse on a 'picking list' but still no delivery date. This is absolurely the WORST company in Australia - Do Not Buy from them. They accept payment and delivery payment for items they obviously cannot deliver and they can no longer use COVID as their excuse for appalling customer service.

Dear David, As you know, we always take something of a risk when ordering on line and when your sofas were unpacked, we were so thrilled to see that they were far more than we had dared to expect! They are beautifully made and fit so well into their surrounds. I have lots of 'greenery' around, so the colour too is rather special the way it 'blends' into the room. My husband and I do like to buy Australian when we can and these don't look as though they are off a custom line! Many thanks for making the purchase and delivery easy too. They were only able to leave them in the garden and we managed to carry the smaller sofa into the house - but some very kind neighbours came to the rescue with the larger sofa. (We are in the wrink-lies category....70's and 80s!) By the way, the neighbours were hugely impressed with our purchase too!

I bought 6x Grace fabric dining chairs for my antique looking dining table. My interior style is transitional, so has some antique with modern furniture. The chairs are of good quality and they look great.

I ordered a Maki sofa bed. It took 3 months to make and an extra 3 months to be delivered because of Covid and I live in WA. Understandable but still frustrating. All correspondence with their customer service team was outstanding right down to the delivery man when I finally got it. The product I received was well packed of great quality and craftsmanship. I am using it everyday to sleep on as I’m staying with family due to the rental crisis. It’s quite comfortable and roomy but better with a mattress topper. Design wise I’d suggest more padding for the sofa bed and as it’s quite low to get out of maybe change the design to have taller legs. It’d be perfect for my grandchildren when they come to stay.

If I could give no stars I would. I have had no satisfaction after ordering with Brosa, but plenty of stress & frustration. Furniture item initially ordered late January. After a month I checked on the order, nothing, freight company they use had not seen it. Supposedly despatched but lost. Re-ordered and was told it was Despatched & COLLECTED BY FREIGHT COMPANY 5th April. Assured me it would be up by the end if the month. Yet AGAIN the item not been despatched. One of the worse aspects of this experience is the so-called ' Support team' who are in a faraway country. There is no contactable number for the actual furniture warehouse in Melbourne. The Support Team offer different people every time you call, who never say the same thing or put you on hold for ages & still don't find out anything of use. Am so over being treated like an idiot and played for a fool. Apparently people DO get successful deliveries through Brosa but not me & going by other reviews I'm not alone. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you want take a chance & go through the same stressful experience I have!

Fantastic lounge! we are really happy with the sun lounge we purchased. Delivery was on time and assembly was easy and quick! Brosa is really interested in post purchase satisfaction which is great to see.

Great customer service, I actually got to message a real person, Mark, who was super helpful with a refund I had to make. He offered alternatives and was very pleasant to deal with - I will definitely be shopping with this company in the future for the excellent customer service they provided at 8pm at night.

BOSCO MODULAR LOUNGE cushions FLYING OFF cannot stay together. This lounge looks great as long as you don't want to sit on it. The minute you do the cushions fly off! Apparently I am the ONLY person to experience this, AM I? Well the lounge suite was that good it is no longer made... hhhmm WHY? I have called emailed sent numerous photos and made suggestions. The design experts told me to add velcro underneath to keep them in place BUT this has NEVER happened before so they have not included velcro. I suggest that the velcro be sewn into the covers and new ones be sent to me in a material that is not so slippery but the design team said that because it is discontinued this is NOT an option. I was given a $100 refund for inconvenience from a $2300 lounge that doesnt stay together and the slips on the cushions dont stay in place. if this was a family with kids using the lounge I could understand but I am 1 person that barely sits on the chair and it moves the moment you sit down. So I have asked for a full refund or exchange and i have not heard from them, so then I thought i would try adding velcro to the existing covers myself. This lasted almost 20 minutes before the covers started moving again. There are many other lounge retailers that provide great lounges with great service in these times give them your money and service. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU USE A CREDIT CARD (I.e can claim money back from your bank when this company most likely fails to deliver the goods within a reasonable timeframe) I ordered a lamp in 7/11/2021 for delivery ‘before Christmas’. Currently 18/4/22 - only 2 of 3 boxes delivered. I have essentially paid $183 for a useless plastic lampshade and a concrete base. Terrible issues with the delivery company used. Items either lost or simply not delivered. Multiple days off work to be in for delivery which just doesn’t arrive. Customer service delays. Several days to generally get a response. The response is usually ‘can you confirm it still hasn’t arrived’. Totally infuriating. Previous issue with ordering a triptych where they sent 3 of the same image. Eventually resolved but long delays with them needing to reorder the item. Very disappointed. FINAL UPDATE: 182 days after my order the final part of the lamp arrived. Looking at it makes me feel sick because of the appalling amount of effort to receive what I had paid for. I was ghosted by Brosa in the last two weeks and received no support from them. I was repeatedly lied to by the delivery company Mainfreight. It turns out the initial order was in the warehouse next to the reordered one since December. It’s 6/5/22. No offer of compensation.

Disappointed with the lack of communications with delivery delays. I was supposed to get the items in 2 weeks from order date as indicated on the website and it’s been two months. Still haven’t received my sofa and entertainment unit. The main reason I decided to purchase from Brosa was their fast delivery but I really should have ordered from somewhere else that can fulfil their promise.

Amazing experience in dealing with the Brosa team at every point. My purchase went smoothly and delivery was organised. I was communicated with by the team in keeping me updated with delivery and was able to get in touch with customer service easily, I wish I had purchased my sofa with them as I am having a nightmare experience with a different retailer.

Excellent purchase once again. Super happy with my armchairs. They are large and comfortable to sit on and read a book by the fireplace. Service is wonderful and delivered on time. Already have the next purchase lined up.
