Feb 08,2021I liked the office chairs and kitchen stools so much, I went straight back online and ordered a TV cabinet and floor lamp. The design, quality, thoughtful packaging and instructions are fantastic. The website, ordering process, and delivery communication at Brosa are exceptional.

Feb 07,2021Brosa has a great selection of pieces to chose from. I ordered online in September 2020 but delivery was understandably hampered by the pandemic. Brosa maintained contact with me and my table finally arrived at the end of December. It was worth the wait. Quality materials, easy-to-follow clear instructions to assemble, care instructions included. I love my occasional table.

Feb 07,2021Found Brosa online and checked out their site, only to be pleasantly surprised to find great pieces of furniture. I made an initial call just to have a chat with a human and I found the staff to be most helpful and friendly. Really liked the Quick Ship section on the web site, as sometimes you don't want to wait 7 weeks for a sofa. Found the perfect item and it was ready to be shipped in a matter of days. Another handy feature is that you get to select your preferred delivery date and all of it is done online! When the delivery was on its way, I received a text with a link to track the drivers by GPS and it was accurate almost to the second. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly and had a cheery disposition, which is always nice to see when strangers come to your home. This is how an online shopping experience is supposed to be. Well done Brosa! I have just purchased another item from you and I look forward to receiving it soon.

Feb 06,2021We ordered a bed frame and bedside table set in September 2020. It is now February 2021 and the second bedside table is just on its way now. On assembling the bed frame, we have realized that it is missing the legs of the bed, so now have a bed frame and mattress on the floor awaiting a missing parts order, with no timeframe on when these will come. The website says ‘painless experience from beginning to end’ but our experience has been quite the opposite - painful and frustrating. The product is nice but ordering furniture should not be so difficult

Ordering and delivery were hassle free, queries were answered promptly and I was kept appraised of delivery dates and details. I am absolutely thrilled with our purchase! Feb 02,2021I had a great experience with BROSA and I’m very happy with my purchase. I must say that BROSA is one of the best company I’ve came across. I bought my coffee table online and it was delivered inside my apartment. Not many companies deliver inside your home anymore due to COVID so I was quite impressed and it arrived on time as promised. I was able to put my coffee table together all on my own and the coffee table look exactly like the pictures online plus there wasn’t a mark on it so I was thrilled that I didn’t have to return it! Buying furnitures online can be risky but I must say that BROSA was very professional and the quality of their product is worth the price. I am one happy customer and would buy from BROSA again in the future!

Feb 01,2021Delayed delivery which I understood due to covid however after months of waiting the delivery driver dropped one of the boxes off the truck and it rolled down my driveway. Then the lounge box was damaged and when opened we discovered the lounge had been torn. I have emailed brosa 3 times to resolve this and I am just being ignored. Off to the ombudsman’s office!!!

Feb 01,2021If you want furniture this century don’t bother buying from Brosa. I have been waiting 6months for 4 chairs and they keep telling me my order has been ‘delayed’. No one call tell me what’s going on or why it has taken so long. They’ve basically stolen my money. BUYER BEWARE!!
