I ordered a sideboard which arrived full of finger prints, scratches, the left side was mis- assembled. The company offered to replace the item, so I patiently waited from the start of lockdown to today, after the end of the lockdown in Sydney to receive the item. Living in a small unit alone- organizing to have one unit removed and another delivered is hard enough, let alone lifting the heavy item to assemble and place by myself (Brosa refused to include assembly for the replacement item). As I unwrapped the item today I noticed it was one again full of finger prints and scratches, the drawer was broken, there as a massive crack in the side of the unit etc. So again I contact the company and receive an email from the ‘founder’ David (as stated in the email address and signature) so I think ‘good, at least this is getting the level of service deserved’, only to find out it is a member of their customer support team (offshore) sending emails from that email address- to give the impression that I was in communication with the co-founder of the company (this really left a bad tase in my mouth). So the company offers to replace the item again.. well there is no way I am going to go through all of that again to likely receive a third faulty item! So I agree to keep the faulty unit, for which I am offered a discount of $200…. Seriously! Do not purchase from here, items are cheap and poor quality (go to Ikea for better quality).

My purchase from Brosa was so nice, high quality and exactly what I needed to give my room a comfortable yet aesthetic touch. It was very well priced too - exactly like the photos and delivery was easy and punctual. I bought an armchair and it was so comfortable, is now my favourite reading spot at night. I was unable to find any similar in other stores. Thankyou Brosa!!

This is the second time I ordered from Brosa. The Hallway table is beautiful and value for money. It was also delivered before the expected delivery date, when most of the other experience I had was just delay notices. Delivery notice was sent properly so we can arrange to accept it.

We ordered our bed base and bed head 30/05/2021 we received the bed head circa 4 weeks ago, but we're still waiting on the bed base. We were told it would be delivered October 4th. We were then sent an email advising of the delay last week saying it was now going to be delivered Nov/Dec and then another this week saying 24 Dec-7th Jan. How does this change within a week? Why was our bed head delivered and not our bed base. The worst after care service. What frustrates me the most is they keep advertising sales! Why not fulfill your existing orders and focus on this rather than waste everyone's time.

Fabulous Service! Ordered easily online- delivery even had tracking assistance. Delivered on time, perfectly! I ordered the wrong chair(was my fault entirely) completed a return form had arrangements made to collect within 3 days!! Can’t ask for better service! And chair was beautiful, just my measuring was out! All fixed with such ease. Will now be purchasing the right chair. Goldilocks

don't be fool by Brosa ads. just fake quality. i paid for 3 seaters and 2 one seaters. after 10 days i found that cousions ripped off badly. so disappointed for money i paid. i received nothing indeed. fake chinese quality.

Brosa staff were great to deal with. I purchased the Megan Wide bed head on line and with in a few days it was delivered. Great service I highly recommend Barosa Furniture.

It's been 14 weeks since our order was placed. I understand that there have been delays due to COVID but the estimated wait time when ordering was 4-6 weeks. We are now triple that and the item still hasn't arrived. We paid over $520 for postage and Brosas delivery partner won't even answer our calls. I have tried calling Brossa support multiple times on 03 7003 9896, I once waited on hold for 40 minutes. No one even answered. I then rang their styling and sales team on 03 8362 3136, my call was answered in less than a minute. Brossa is excellent at selling you stuff but their after sales support is dismal. Their team takes zero responsibility for their shipping partners, their mistakes or their delays. I rang the shipping partners directly and spent over an hour getting transferred between departments before someone finally told me that they can't assist with my request and I'd have to call Brosa directly. This is infuriating and no one is taking any responsibility. Brosa schedule in "call backs" and no one ever rings you. At this point i've given up on our couch ever arriving.

Love my New Caledonia pieces from Brosa! My items were shipped once available and I didn't get charged twice for shipping and meant I didn't have to wait forever for my whole order to be fulfilled. Quality products at a great price!

Throughout difficult multiple lockdowns Brosa stayed in touch keeping us up to date with the progress of our order. Our item is beautifully made.

After wanting to support Australian companies my husband and I purchased the Austin three seater sofa in February. Understanding that COVID has put a lot of strain on supply networks we were more then happy to wait the long production time for delivery in August. This was pushed back again (which again is understandable) but finally we were contacted by the delivery team to organise delivery. However the night before we are expecting the delivery when we have already got rid of our existing furniture in anticipation I receive a text message at 6:30pm telling me unfortunately the warehouse have lost our piece of furniture (how?!) and therefore delivery will be delayed but someone from Customer service will be in touch. 24 hours goes past and we hear nothing so I ring to follow up and am told the person dealing with this is on their lunch break and will call me back that afternoon... which they didn't. So I ring again the next day and am told that yes they have lost my order and unfortunately we will have to wait 16-18 weeks for our couch. After already waiting seven months. What an absolute joke. Not only that but for a company that claims to be all in house and Australian your call centres are very clearly being run offshore which in this economic climate is so disappointing. I will NEVER ever buy from here again or recommend any of my family, friends, acquaintances or even strangers to buy from you either.

I am definitely a Brosa fan. I love my new couches and recent addition of a matching armchair. The quality of the products far exceeded my expectations and the customer service has been fantastic. I will definitely be a return customer and have had no hesitation recommending Brosa to friends and family. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company.

We visited the store back in March, I found the couch i wanted straight away, but our house was not ready so asked Brosa to store it for us for 4 months which they happily did. Once we were ready for delivery it was no issue. I have also purchased in the last week an ottoman to go with it. The couch was really easy to assemble and looks really good. I am super happy with the customer service I received from Brosa. Good job guys.

I have recently purchased two pieces of Brosa furniture and couldn't be happier. The service was fabulous, the delivery was prompt and efficient and the service was excellent - from the time we walked into the Sydney showroom to the delivery. And now, I'm really enjoying my refurnished home office.

Save Yourself from the Stress and don’t do it!! Waited ages for an item to come into stock. When it was finally in stock and listed as a quick ship item, I spoke to a representative who confirmed availability. So silly me went and ordered them.. that’s when it goes bad. Apparently the carrier collected the items to be delivered. However the carrier after many conversations on my end swears they don’t have the items. And Brosa says they do. So whilst they fight it out amongst themselves, me the customer is left wondering where my order is. And no matter how many times you call customer service you get zero answers just polite blow offs, (you have a lovely day now!) you know what I’m saying? I should have taken notice of all the bad reviews and people saying don’t do it! Problem was I really like the item. And now guess what they’re out of stock again! Probably for another 20 weeks or so. How hard is it to dispatch something correctly? They are super fast to take your calls when you are enquiring about a product or you want to order. Once you have you can forget customer service. Really dissatisfied with this Company. I own a business myself and I just hope to never become this uncaring and complacent with my customers.

We've recently bought an occasional chair from Brosa. I took up their offer of free material swatches before purchase. These arrived promptly so that we could make the final decision. At all points of contact their customer service team were helpful, efficient and easy to deal with. The chair arrived quickly and on time, was well-packaged and in perfect condition. We are extremely happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brosa.
