Mar 18,2021was delivered a couch with faulty parts. After emailing and calling several times I was informed I was not assembly it correctly. 4 weeks later Brosa with admitted that the fault was on their part. Their customer service was extremely unresponsive and I had to chase them up repeatedly. After 4 weeks of using the faulty item and hours emailing and calling, I was offered a 100 refund .... they managed to mess this up to and yet again I had to call to request they follow through with this. 7 weeks later I am still using a faulty couch with no legs. I was informed that the part would arrive a week ago and that their team would deliver and assemble it. Yet again I have had to chase them up to resolve this and was finally informed that the part has been sent via post and they have failed to follow through their assurance that they would deliver a part with a team to fix the couch. This has been beyond appalling. I have never written a review in my life but this experience truly warrants taking the time to warn other consumers. Don't do it

A flood really.....I still havent received my items paid for last September and cannot get a straight answer, but suddenly so very many people are totally happy with quick deliveries, I think the integrity is under question here

Mar 13,2021I received my Lena Small Square Ottoman in Peacock Teal luxury. Fabulous colour. Excellent workmen ship with deep buttons and soft velvet fabric. Although delayed due to Covid I was grateful for the updates that I received. Very happy with Brosa and I will be purchasing from them again. Made in Australia, can't get better than that.

Mar 11,2021I purchased a Megan bedhead from Brosa and although I had to wait for it to be delivered I was extremely pleased with the product and quality of the bedhead. It was well worth the wait. I am extremely happy with my new bedhead.

She responded to my questions promptly, posted out some swatches and even gave me the heads up that a discount weekend was on its way! Can't wait to see my furniture in the flesh.

Mar 01,2021Great product! Recently bought this Ottoman from BROSA. Have been looking for one for sometime. When I saw this product I fell in love with it and quickly ordered one . It was on sale so that helped. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It has found the right spot in our bedroom. Brings a smile to my face every time I look at it. Highly recommended !

Mar 01,2021I was somewhat sceptical buying from Brosa - I had experience with another company where I was continually disappointed in the products and the customer service. We dipped our toe with two bedside tables, and wow! I can’t say how much I love them! The product and the quality so exceeded my expectations.. we have now bought some more products / dining chairs, which will arrive tomorrow and I am so excited to receive them. Delivery is a bit longer than I’d like - but, at the end of the day the furniture is well worth the wait! Could not recommend Brosa highly enough.

Feb 23,2021I ordered 6 Espen cream colored dining chairs which came in pairs. They all arrived on time. Unboxing was exciting because it was so beautifully packaged. Putting the chairs together was a breeze. The chairs are lite, easy to carry and move around. The end result was well worth the price. They were a perfect match with our cream colored marble dining table. The legs were a dark brown which stood out wonderfully and gave it much character. I’m planning to purchase more furniture for our new home from Brosa since our first experience was quite pleasant. Thank you and warm regards. From a very satisfied customer

Feb 22,2021We are very happy with our purchase of Cece Loveseat. The whole process is super easy and quick. We did take some time to actually find "THE ONE", but the website made it really easy to do that too. Our furniture was shipped 2 days after we finalised our payment online, and our new 2 seater arrived just a week after that. I was super happy with the craftsmanship, our piece is a light 2 seater, but feels quite sturdy to sit on. The colour was exactly as we saw on the web, which was fantastic, because this was the one I was quite worry about (that sometimes what you see online arrives differently). Yes, the Goldenrod YELLOW looks fantastic in our room. All in all, we are very happy with our new baby. Thanks guys.

Feb 21,2021Partner's (Fariha) order took 7 months to arrive from India. When she got it, the desk was missing! Was told we had to wait another 4 months for it. Completely unacceptable - the opportunity cost of shopping at the end of the year for a good discount was lost.

Mar 27,2021As someone who works in the furniture industry I cannot commend Brosa highly enough, from point of placing the order to the delivery day I have been wowed by the simplicity, efficiency, user intuition and the fantastic customer service. The white glove delivery service, the assembly service, the ability to track our drivers delivering, the ability to book our own delivery window - second to none and so affordable- the company I work for charges five dollars less to essentlially deliver a boxed item, five extra dollars bought white glove delivery at a time of our choosing, rubbish removal and assembly, so as I'm writing this five star review I am simply enjoying my purchase. Delivery guys were on time, pleasant, assembled our items before bringing them in, placed them and invited us to inspect. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend!
