I contacted Business Choice Direct Insurance Services because I thought I needed convicted drivers insurance for my penalty points, when at renewal, I was told my current policy holder would no longer cover me. I panicked and got intouch. Harrison, the handler that dealt with my enquiry was helpful and listened. He quickly told me that while he could offer me insurance, it was better to try go compare because my points were in the minor category and that I would likely get a much better deal. He was right - I actually ended up getting a better deal with points than the current deal with my previous insurer. He didn't need to do that. He knew I was in a panick and needed my car insured immediately. But he went out his way to help. If I know someone in the future who might benefit from their service I will definitely recommend. Oct 14,2022Aidan was absolutely excellent got me home after a lapse in my insurance resulted in my car being seized. Driving without insurance is unacceptable in my eyes but he was super professional and very friendly. A great firm is only as good as the people its employs.
