Jul 07,2021Poor customer service don’t understand my needs no help cancel my insurance while I was on the road and later when I insure agin with another company put my insurance live and start buttering so I cancel the policy and keep the insurance I have to go to Financial ombudsman services complain and they refund money but after 3 months don’t waste your important time and go somewhere else i am waiting for the time to upgrade.

Jul 06,2021I contacted Business Choice direct on a Saturday morning and was told that they acted as our broker and the insurance company we were insured with weren't open on a Saturday. They told us they would email them for urgent action on the Monday but had to chase them twice that day and did not get a response until after we needed it. It was only a change of number plate, so we don't have much confidence if we have to make a claim

Words cannot explain how she made the whole experience of looking for the right insurance a walk in the park. She took her time to explain all the possible options in insurance for hire and reward and help me choose the right package. I highly recommend any newbie who is looking for the right insurance to speak to her for guidance especially in the courier trade. Thanks for everything Annemie.

Jun 29,2021As a new start business it was not easy to get van insurance and it is very expensive , i approached BCD as professional experts in courier experience , they understood my predicament starting out but with over 20 years in the industry . BCD scoured the market place and panel of underwriters to find the best quotes . I highly recommend as first choice than going on the comparable websites which i did BCD WAS CHEAPER. The reason i only gave 4 stars everyone has room for improvements :)
