Feb 13,2025First dealings with this company was Monday just gone, after spending most of the day going through various comparison sites. It was to try and get van insurance for my son who works for DPD but has bad dyslexia. He had bought a van to use instead of leasing from DPD. This company were very helpful and the staff were very easy to deal with and friendly. It made a nice change to be helped with all the questions and we now have full insurance for the van.

He didn’t rush the call and wanted to make sure everything was sorted for me and every query I had he was happy to help. I feel as though he went above and beyond for me! If only all advisors could be like him. That man deserves all the best and hope he gets recognised within the business for his hard work and efforts.

Lilly was so helpful and polite from the first moment I spoke to her and when I had to leave the phone call she offered to call me back later when I finished work and I couldn't believe it when she did! I recently had telephone interactions with some of their staff and they provided exceptional friendly and professional customer service.
