Mar 23,2025They charged me £950 deposit and £500 a month. However 15 days into my policy they contacted me and told me they was going to cancel my policy and it would affect my insurance going forwards… So they increased my £500 payments to £640 a month. Then instead of £640 they took £750 a month I asked to cancel And they want £750 to cancel! I haven’t made a claim whilst being with them they are a con and these 5 star reviews are clearly not real. AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID!!

Mar 19,2025Mostly very good, but one dept is useless. They are supposed to take payments from bank automatically but are incapable of doing so. They claim my bank refused payment, my bank says they never even tried. I will be looking elsewhere next year

Mar 17,2025Absolute crooks...disgusting company to be involved with and would recommend all to stay away, quoted one thing then added hidden charges, even there own internal investigation is crooked...was going to report to FCA however due to the amount wasnt worth my time but principally they are just crooks...stay away!!!!

Apr 22,2025I had Been with business choice direct for 10 years . I changed my self employment to a ltd company I was told that my insurance wouldn't swap the policy to my ltd comoany name and was told that the new quotes were to high due to 2 cancellations, 1 of which was caused by business choice direct misrepresenting me and lied to the insurance about a cancelled policy when I clearly stated on the phone that I had a policy cancelled which resulted in the new policy being cancelled, I was rang again and told they would swap me to a new policy and wouldn't have to pay for the first month which was another lie as they kept trying to take the payment from my bank account. I had to cancel my current policy because I was told they couldn't insure my ltd company which resulted in £521 fee which I couldn't afford to pay all at once, so now they are holding my no claims bonus and refuse to provide me evidence for my new insurance because they is debt on my account. 10 years loyal customer to be treated like this. There not a loyal to their customers and only care about profit and some of the staff are rude when you ask them to explain anything.
