Jan 07,2023A truly shocking and woeful experience - these guys are expensive which is one thing. The sharp practice employed to load you up with charges on cancellation is another thing though. Please steer clear. There are plenty of other companies out there that operate with integrity and not a "get what you can" policy at the back end. Absolutely disgusting.

Jan 06,2023Biggest rip off company in Britain.My son cancelled his insurance and they tried to charge him £343.22 to cancel it and after the advisor spoke to his colleague he said we can cancel it for £118 which he paid and then they said but we will be taking the next months direct debit.I asked for the cancellation details to be emailed to me and they clearly state the cancellation fee of £343.22 but they themselves said pay £118 and that’s it cancelled so basically trying to steal money from him.I’m glad we recorded all phone conversations and see what crap they come up with next.By the way anyone reading this,go to Cuvva for your car insurance and you will be amazed how cheaper they are than these rip off merchants.On a foot note don’t try contacting me.

Jan 05,2023Nickie made what would was a slightly embarrassing time very pleasant and stuck with it through numerous failed calls due to the lack of service at my workplace. She could’ve been mediocre and done the minimum and left at 5pm, but she went over and above to resolve the issue and made it feel like I was talking to a friend. She’s a credit to your business and i hope to speak with her in future if anything else needs discussing.

Dec 09,2022I've not been havi g the best year, as I guess a lot of people haven't, I recently got my licence back and was quoted 6k by other companies, not only did business choice get me an amazing deal under 2k, but also all of their team, are professional, and most importantly human, I was helped every step ohlf the way with kieran and when I ran into an issue, kieran and his team worked above and beyond to help, ide recommend this company over any insurance company I have used in the past

Nov 18,2022Due to the Sudden passing of my lovely Dad.. We as a family decided if possible it would be a very fitting tribute to Dad to make his final journey not in a hearse but in his very own much loved flatbed truck.. So we contacted Dad's insurance broker.. And explained our thoughts.. Hoping it would be possible.. Our customer service executive was Kiele Ann.. Who was truly amazing.. In dealing with us.. Compassionately.. And who worked hard to help us with our rather unusual request.. Kiele kept us informed and explained any possible hitches to us in such a lovely way.. And was kindness itself whilst we were dealing with our grief.. We will be forever grateful to her for the part she played in securing the necessary requirements to make it possible for Dad to make his final journey in his own truck.. Therefore also allowing my Mother to travel with Dad for the very last time.. This will bring a little comfort to us at a truly horrible time in our lives.. Many Thanks again Kiele.. Who I know spent a lot of time dealing with this matter.. Also Nikki too.. You are a credit to your company.. They are fortunate to have you!!.. Keep up the excellent work!!
