Jan 27,2023Worked with Max on a new quote for "Hire and Reward" Van insurance and though we were not able to complete the transaction, due through no fault of Max or BCD, the service provided by Max was brilliant! I would not hesitate to recommend BCD and will certainly contact them again should a need arise.

Jan 26,2023Terrible experience with them. They will do anything to extract money from you. Full of sharp practice which is possibly just legal. They charged me £400 to cancel a policy that I have never claimed on after paying £300 per month for 10 months. They made it so difficult for me to cancel and made me wait two weeks for a cancellation team member to call me which two weeks. They then didn’t bother cancel the goods on board insurance and tried to charge me separately for that. It’s been an absolute nightmare so bad that my business partner cancelled his insurance with them even tho they again charged him a fortune. What’s the point of paying insurance with a company that if the worst happened you know would do anything to not pay out because of how shoddy and dishonest their practices are. Don’t use this broker, find a reputable company and go direct. Honestly the worst experience
