Apr 09,2022I have been using Business Choice Insurance for the purpose of my van & goods in transit insurance for over 6 years to date I give them 100% in their dealings with me. They always have an excellent customer services year in year out, I have not a single bad word to say. Also what I have noticed is they never try to oversell you products you don’t need with so much talking, instead they listen to you more and give you the right insurance package that would cover your insurance needs. Thanks for the excellent customer services in the 6 years that I have been dealing with you and special thanks to Jimmy & Lianne Yates who has been very helpful in explaining and accommodating my insurance needs. Mar 22,2022I had courier insurance with this company for about a year an half it was fantastic to start with I paid on time never had a problem until now! I couldn't pay my monthly installment this month as my van broke down needed a new engine in the range of thousands which I don't have with all these inflation that's happening it's hard enough so I had to cancel my insurance they whacked me with a bill of £829 to cancel my insurance just for to cancel my insurance because I can't afford it I usually pay £326 a month for my insurance. People beware of this company they like to take your money but when you drop on hard times they don't compromise with you they just want more!

Overall, I have always had a good customer service experience with business choice direct since I started using them, everyone is very nice and professional and very understanding and I am so happy to have chosen them for my car insurance! Definitely recommend.
