Feb 21,2022Great prices compared to what I found. Professional service throughout. Megan was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to quickly solve my query. They also don't seem like they're trying to force you into buying a policy, but instead they seem to be genuinely interested into actually helping you, which is pretty rare these days, I'd say. Would surely recommend them! 10/10.

Feb 17,2022I was extremely fortunate to be served by one of their agents called Josh, who works for BCD. He was actually amazing . He assisted me all the way through and actually bent over backwards to get me the best deal available. He was polite, listened attentively to everything that I said. He didn’t push or attempt to coheres me during the entire course which was over a number of days. If you are unfortunate not get Josh ask for him.

Feb 10,2022I enquired today about cancelling my policy via online chat. I didn't want to cancel just yet but just wanted to know the procedure. An agent was with me quite quickly and went through the security questions. She then told me I needed a call back from the cancellation team and she could arrange a call back. OK, no problem. But why have "cancellation" from the drop down menu at the start of the chat process of they cant even comment on the procedure. Then comes the clincher. "I've noticed you dont have public liability on your policy, would you like a free quote" FGS!!! I'm cancelling my policy, why would I need a quote on something I'm cancelling???
