Jan 18,2022Shockingly overpriced. Very little help when I was involved in a collision (other driver found at fault) and are refusing/‘forgetting’ to give me proof of my No Claims Discount for my new insurer. I would definitely not recommend Business Choice Direct.

Jan 17,2022Received a quick response about my complaint about having to call renewal when I could not get thru on the documents line. Was promised they would look into this. I sent my driving licence Id but no confirmation so far !!!!

Jan 16,2022I contacted buisness insurance to see if i colould make a claim . . I got passed a bit from pillar to post. Got there in the end . My documents are not downloadable . I sent it to my husbands computer then i manage to fill in form. Hopefully all sorted not staff were helpful

Couldn’t wish for a better insurance company to be with. Really kind and helpful. It really does help speaking to lovely well mannered advisors when you’re having a tough day!
