Ordered Rancilio Silvia V6 E 2020 (order #UK100117016) on 24 May 2020 paying through Amazon pay and have not received any update with regards of shipment since. Contacted several times via email , amazon pay page and even Facebook store page. No response whatsoever. Requested cancellation of the order eventually and still no response. Will file "fraud report" on Amazon pay for a starter if update is not provided. UPDATE1 (Recieved an email with current plan to ship ordered item in few days (beginning this week) UPDATE2 (Order was received with sensible polite apology email)

Over the past five years I have ordered five of these machines, one for our own family, one each for our two sons who live and work away from home and in the past month, two more, as a very special gift for friends. Each time delivery and communication have been exceptional. Café Italia provides superb customer service. The Gaggia Brera coffee machine is of very high quality, at an exceptionally reasonable price. It is incredibly easy to use and is virtually maintenance –free. In my opinion it is one of the best coffee machines on the market for home use where you can enjoy high-quality ,high-end barista coffee in the comforts of your own home.
Firstly, I received the product after 10 days (I had for next day delivery which is a scam as it's sent from Italy). They act as though they're a London based company with a fake address, fake branding and a fake London area-code, and got rather angry when I called them to ask where they were shipping the machine from. Poor customer service, only good thing is the price....... but not worth the hassle and uncertainty
The coffee machine arrived with a damaged collection tray and water level indicator. When I contacted Caffe Italia for a replacement of the damaged part, I was only offered a mediocre 5£ compensation. The reason being that the damage was 'very common'. A new tray costs 40£ online, so I did not accept that offer and kept requesting a new part, since the company praises itself on its website for special care during transport and apparently offering repair service. The website is a joke, the service non existant. Stay away from this company!
Exceptionally good price for my espresso machine, and under the circumstances of Covid-19, good delivery time. Responsive to enquiries too. The machine arrived with a UK adapter for the continental European plug, rather than a fitted UK plug the website promised, but that's not a problem. Machine was despatched from Italy, not the UK.
Please do not buy from this company they are a joke. Item came from Italy on an economy delivery with FedEx despite being told all over the website they ship from the UK and the fact that I played for "prime" delivery which as far as I can tell doesn't exist. Further to this it came absolutely covered in ground coffee and unclean and damaged. When I called the UK customer number based in London I spoke to the rudest man I have ever dealt with in my life. He hung up on me 3 times only answered again when we called from my partners number. His attitude stunk and his only response was to hang up whenever asked a question he couldn't answer. Appalling customer service and blatantly misleading on their website.
Fast and reliable service and a great product

I had accidentally broke the plastic coffee chute on my old, but still reliable, Aerolatte grinder and wondered if I would be able to source a new part given its age. I’m most grateful to Matteo who sourced the part and had it sent from Italy to my home in Scotland. Excellent customer support particularly in these challenging times.
Very happy with the whole buying process and product. I bought the Rancilio Silvia in Germany which I’m very pleased with. I can certainly recommend Marco and the Coffee Italia team. Very quick process. Although he was obviously busy Marco Followed through on all requests & promises and is a very nice guy to deal with. A big thumbs up from me.
From time of purchase to delivery was 3 weeks. This time is insignificant when compared to how long I hope to have the machine! I also had some initial technical issues with an airlock (common in brand new machines) which I called Matteo and he sent me some simple instructions on youtube which helped. I definitely recommend Caffe Italia to anyone looking for a legit quality Italian espresso machine.

The La Pavoni Europiccola arrived safely, well packed. The price is the lowest around It comes with an Italian plug and a neat adapter which I quite like, seems authentic. The machine is beautifully engineered and I love that. Good purchase.
Awful experience. We have requested a refund. Still no machine, they refunded just the VAT, they ship from Italy (they pretend to ship from UK), they respond to emails slowly. the send you a link to review them even though you do not have the goods. Nearly 2 weeks and still no machine that was supposed to be shipped from the UK, though it turns out they shipped it (and check other reviews, we are not the only one that has reported this) from Italy. They blame the pandemic, it has nothing to do with the pandemic, they have shipped it many times from ITaly in the past according to other reviews. Now they blame a fedex strike - the strike took place a week after it was shipped plus it was never supposed to be coming from Italy in the first place! And if they do need to ship from Italy, fair enough, but they should inform the customer first so the customer can choose. Our machine broke, needed a replacement hence we wanted no complications so ordered via a website that claimed it shipped from UK stock.
Ordered a Quick Mill Alexia Evo (Plus a host of other equipment over £1200) on the 28th April and have heard nothing since. Had one email response saying my machine would arrive Tuesday this week.... it hasn't and I've had no correspondance since. REFUSING to provide me with a tracking number or any confirmation that my order has even been dispatched. As far as I'm concerned this is a fraudulent company. NO ORDERS ARE POSTED FROM LONDON WAREHOUSE as they have stated on their website. Every order comes direct from Italy. Definitely wouldn’t have ordered from here had I known this. Barefaced liars - I'll be proceeding with a chargeback via my bank. 100% avoid at all cost. (UPDATE : Managed to get Matteo on the phone, made him aware I was reversing charges if he doesn't provide me my tracking number, said he was busy and disrupting his work and hung up on me, WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER EVER DEALT WITH). (Update part 2: I was finally sent 2 tracking numbers via UPS (not fedex or dhl like I was told it would be) I didn’t think things could get any worse.... When I checked the tracking numbers I was in disbelief to discover BOTH my parcels have been sent to a completely random wrong address (NOT MINE). Immediately contacted coffeeitalia.co.uk back. Of course I was let again stunned by their arrogance & lies claiming they sent to the right address, even though I have proof from UPS my parcels are being held in Germany as they don’t have a valid address to deliver to and can only be amended by the sender.
Initially, they went over and above the necessary to ensure our new La Pavoni machine arrived -- despite a courier strike in France. However, when the machine arrived and was switched on it had a leak. They asked that I return it to the London Service centre. That cost me £50 -- which they said they would re-pay. After 6 reminders and months later, they still haven't repaid that shipping charge. So what was a 5* review is now a 1* review as the company do not appear to have integrity. I will never buy from them again!
Purchased a Ceado grinder from Caffe Italia. Unfortunately I decided to cancel due to the long wait whilst coronavirus was raging. They kindly offered me a reduction in price but I decided to cancel anyway. I received a refund eventually. Could have been swifter but hey ho! I would use this company again in the future. At the time of this review the company's efficiency was reduced but I believe them to be trustworthy and honourable
Contacted the company with a question re my Brava Gaggia bean to cup machine that I have had for years but not bought from them originally. They were very helpful and listened to my query. In the end i was able to resolve the issue by descaling the machine and back to making lovely coffee. If i were to purchase a new machine I would come back to them as their prices were very good and the service was excellent, even for someone that has not bought from them before.

May 31,2020I have ordered a machine 7 days ago and not received yet any update. I don't care it is shipped from Italy, I don't care it takes longer time. But at least they should send some info about the expected shipping date. Maybe if they were a bit more transparent, people would not complain. I called number which told me to email, but there was no response to email. Edit: About 13 days ago they finally responded that the machine is not in stock (after 8 days from the order!). I was offered a more expensive machine to pay for or wait. I decided to cancel my order and ask for my money back, which I have a right to do. It has been 13 days from my cancellation and no money back or no reply yet. I have urged them a few days ago to send me the money back. No response
