After checking out reviews we settled on the Rancilio Silvia V6. Received excellent service from the get-go with Mateo from New Caffe Italia keeping us informed every step of the way with trackable delivery from DHL. Since its arrival, we've been most impressed with our Rancilio and feel it lives up to its reputation. Love the quality of the coffee produced. Worth watching Youtube videos to familiarise and perfect the coffee making.
On 16/07/2020 I ordered BEZZERA MITICA S MN CAFFÈ ITALIA KIT EDITION 2 from coffeeitalia.co.uk The order was dispatched on 22/07/2020 from Italy. I received it on 24/07/2020. Yes it came with European plug which is not a big deal for me. The machine was tested before shipping and the test results was included in the box. The package was in factory condition and I believe I received authentic new machine. During the order stage the website did not give me the order status; however; MATTEO from customer support was very helpful in providing the order status by email. Before I placed my order there were couple of emails with customer support and MATTEO was replying and I got expert advice from him. In my first use of the machine I faced some difficulties and for a while and from the reviews I read here; I thought there are problems with the machine. However; after reading the manual and some google search I figured out that I was wrong. I recommend the troubleshooting page in the following website for anyone new to espresso machine: finecoffeecompany.com The Kit Edition 2: I think the accessories included in the kit worth the price and it is a bargain. Overall: I was lucky to deal with coffeeitalia.co.uk and highly recommend there service.

The worst experience ever Cafe Italia. Avoid avoid avoid. I purchased my machine in May and it arrived promptly. That is where the good experience ends.... the machine didn’t work. I reported the fault immediately asking for a collection and a new machine as this is what Cafe Italia advertise on their website in the event of a brand new machine failing, all I got was a number of emails from someone called Matteo with video links on how to troubleshoot which was frankly a waste of time. I requested for Cafe Italia to collect and refund as the emails were not getting anywhere. They reluctantly agreed to collect the machine and return it to the factory which they arranged, I tracked the package back and made contact again requesting an update and refund and Matteo emailed that he was still waiting for the factory. I chased up again and was given a tracking number for another delivery which turned out to be the same original reference from when originally purchased...... I emailed back and nothing until Fedex contacted me to advise a delivery, so not the outcome I expected as I asked for a refund but let’s see what happens, They delivered the original faulty machine back to me so I am back to where I started. FUMING I contacted Cafe Italia to advise that the same faulty machine had been delivered and the response was “what is wrong now” I have made a number of attempts to contact Cafe Italia by phone & email but nothing as of yet so I have contacted my payment issuer to get the money back for me as we are fast approaching August.

A shockingly bad experience while dealing with Caffe Italia (coffeeitalia.co.uk). Ordered a La Pavoni Esperto Abile, at a considerable price, from them more than 2 months ago and as of today (31/07/2020) there is still no sign of my espresso machine nor a refund from them. Over the time I have been given a various excuses and misleading information regarding the product availability (ranging from "...the Espresso Abile will not be longer manufactured..." to: "We are expecting to receive 7 units in one week." - this particular response was from the 12/06/2020). I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded a number of times now but without any success whatsoever. Every phone conversation with them leads nowhere and ends up with them just hanging up on you, an absolute disgrace. Despite all this they still advertise this particular espresso machine as "In stock" and that it is shipped from UK. This is an absolute bunch of lies. I understand current pandemic conditions but why sell a product that you clearly do not have in your possession, take money for it and remind deaf to my requests for order cancellation and a refund. At this point in time I have involved my credit card issuer because I have had enough of this. Even today when I phoned them to inform them about this fact, they would not listen to me and simply hung up the phone. I am lost for words..., simply want my money back now.
Stay clear of this site. Taking around 3 weeks for delivery when 48 hours was informed. Poor service, dysfunctional company, really doesn’t have a clue. Update. 4 weeks and still no machine. Contacted Amazon fir a refund. This is a scam site selling refurbished but still broken equipment.
Given the terrible experiences some customers shared here I've been very hesitant to purchase from this shop. However I couldn't resist the price and ended up buying 2 relatively expensive products. Both items were dispatched 2 working days after I made the purchase. They arrived separately 7 and 8 days after the purchase date through FedEx International Economy (I paid for 'Prime Delivery', whatever it might mean). As stated in other reviews, the products come from Italy and have European plugs. One of my products arrived with a UK adapter and the other one didn't, which is not a huge deal to me but still worth mentioning. The machines seemed new from the factory (with technician certifications included) and were impeccably packaged. Despite the outer boxes being severely damaged after an international journey, the products were well protected and display no visible damage. However as of today my order still shows as 'Processing' on my CoffeeItalia account. It wasn't until I contacted Matteo through email, 3 working days after my purchase that he sent me the tracking info. He replied within 8 hours which seems perfectly acceptable to me. If the tracking info had been sent automatically after dispatch this would be a 5-star review. That peace of mind of knowing exactly where your product is and when it will arrive is what I miss from better shops. Although I think their website is intentionally misleading, I am grateful to Caffè Italia for making these products affordable to me for the first time. I hope they can improve their transparency and customer service so I can feel more comfortable making big purchases through them.
I bought an expensive La Pavoni coffee machine at the end of May 2020, which arrived faulty. The most rude person on customer service, which seemed to be Italian and not event picking up the phone, unless you send a web form, 5 emails and daily Facebook messages, told me to send it to a physical address in London, when I asked for a refund or replacement. I soon realized that wasn't a return address, but a La Pavoni service center. After foolishly believing he'll pay the shipping, I did as he advised and I sent it to London for servicing and the coffee machine came back with the same fault! Countless attempts to speak with him, calling the phone number mentioned on the UK website, which he doesn't pick up anymore and no email replies to my refund request. Do't waist your money on this scam shop! Terrible experience, faulty coffee machine and a lot of money wasted! Update- after 6 months of daily use, the tank's screwing cap started to crack and discolouration appeared, from the heat. Found out from the service centre when I emailed to show pictures of, that's not even covered by warranty!
I was nervous about ordering given the extreme reviews on this site. I avoided the offer of 2.5% discount if you pay by bank transfer as the terms and conditions are Italian law. If anything went wrong you would be stuffed! I paid by credit card to ensure I would get my money back if I was scammed. My item went missing en route and for a whole week I had no update from Caffe Italia or Fedex/TNT who were shipping from Italy so I started a s75 credit card claim through my bank. Finally I heard back from them, the issue was resolved (each party blaming the other) and I got my machine 9 days after I had expected it. My only gripe was that it came with a European plug and adapter which I can live with - it was not the sort of adapter you take on holiday - it was something more permanent looking. I have had the machine (Silvia) for a week now and the only issues with it have been a result of my incompetence. If you want Amazon customer service go to Amazon. I am pleased with the price I paid but shudder to think what my experience would have been if the machine had been faulty!
Machine has an electrical fault, within 5 months. Despite the 2-year warranty, the company will replace only within one week. A complete waste of money.
I ordered two Gaggia Naviglio HD8749 coffee machines in silver, one for my daughter and the other for myself. My one was a replacement for a 'Philips Saeco HD8750' branded version of the Gaggia machine that I'd purchased in March 2014. My existing machine was still working ok, but I liked it so much that I wanted an identical new one for when it eventually failed (I'll store it in the attic until then). I ordered the machines on a Thursday, they were despatched on the Monday from Italy (via FedEx) and I received them on the Wednesday (6 days in total). I'd forgotten to use a £10 discount voucher (for subscribing to the Caffe Italian newsletter) and contacted the seller - it was refunded to my PayPal account a couple of days later. The machines were well packaged and received in perfect condition. The lead had a Euro plug but a UK adapter was included (I might fit a UK plug instead of the Euro plug at some point, but that's just my preference). Two free 500g bags of Espresso Arabica beans were also included. The machines were on a Sale promotion so only cost £315 each instead of £375 - a good price as they are advertised elsewhere for over £400. I received a 3% discount for buying two machines and could have saved another 2.75% by paying via bank transfer. However, I used PayPal as I wanted to pay on my Amex card (for the airmiles) - that incurred a 3% additional transaction fee, but my decision. Having owned a similar machine for 6 years - consider buying an additional 'brew unit' online (I paid about £60 for one in 2017). When you have to decalcify and clean the machine it's handy to be able to fit a clean brew unit straight away (and worry about cleaning the dirty one later). The customer support from Caffe Italia was first rate and I would happily purchase from them again.

Purchased bezzera magica, after a week they said they cannot ship to my country and insist to ship it to a neighbor country. discovered they don't respond to phone calls and they reply to emails after days. so I offered them a good review on trustpilot.com if they refunded the money which they did after 24 hrs hoping from me to lie. same day placed and order through elektros.it, received the machine after 8 days with an excellent packaging Update: just read the pathetic reply from coffeeitalia.co First, the refund was made after 9 days to be precise. Second, you should have been clear on your website about illegality of this deal,plus, I emailed you prior to checkout and you Marco Moro encouraged me to complete the order even you knew where I live and what machine I wanted. Third, elektros.it shipped me the correct hz machine 50/60 hz. Forth, good luck to you and your lawyer. cheers!!

26 June; since i have ordered on last week, no response yet. in fact my order was a prime delivery. I have called the phone number (on the website) he wasn't interested to answer my call and then hang-up the line. i have then sent them a three email to return my money but no answer yet. please safe your time and money and avoid this shop. thanks Update: 15 Aug 2020, Thank you for your reply after 7 weeks. Initially did not want to discuss this issue on public, but unfortunately after their misleading reply as well as the insulting email from them pushing me to delete my review; I have to make it clear. First, my review was on 26 June 2020, and I have received the item only on 20 July and there were no legal gabs in my review. Unfortunately, this is unprofessional from the company representative by replying in such attitude. I will summarize my story/facts as follow then I will give them two options: I ordered on 21 June 2020 a Profitec 500 PID, Rancillio Grinder, and therm flow control device, with Prime delivery fees then there was no reply to me after many emails and phone calls. Only after many emails they replied they will ship them within 2 days. Then no reply for many days after many phone calls they have told this item is not available you have upgrade it to Profitec 700 and I have to pay the differences; I refused and requested to refund my money they refused the refund and then I have accepted the Profitec 700. Two days later after many phone calls (bagging them literally) they said the Profetic 700 is not available; then they have offered me Exobar machine which I rejected totally. Imagine they have refused refunding my money and I have no other options; I started to negotiate with them what ever is available from Quick Mill machines I will pay the differences then we have agreed on Quick Mill Vetrano which I have to pay the differences. Outcome: Received the Quick Mill Vetrano (not my initial order) They did not reimburse my Prime delivery fees (20 Eur) and Thermo flow control device (149 Eur). Please note: all the communications by email are available upon request. They have only two options: 1- A formal apology through email 2- Face the case with our lawyer in UK.
this website has the worst customer support ever, I do not recommend buying from them. I asked them before I ordered the espresso machine if they have it in stock they told me, yes and it will be shipped in 4 days... NOW it is 30 DAYS and I have not even received a tracking number and it takes them more than a week to respond to my emails... just do not waste your time and money
