At the beginning I was looking for cusinart then I saw on coffeeitalia this ice cream makers made by Mmusso that were looking gorgeous, I called on the phone and promptly a guy called Marco professionally answered me the phone and guide my to the best model to purchase basing on my needs ! Machine arrived professional packed in 3 days as promised with FedEX. I just called today to ask some advice and they replied again with the right steps to follow to make a perfect Ice cream ! I'm very satisfied, I used to purchase goods through amazon but the approach there is completely different, I was lucky to find this company, perfect advice and amazing service ! If I could give 6 starst I would do that ! thank you guys ! Cheers ! Ana

May 22,2016I’ve been purchasing products online through amazon and other similar stores where the price is the main reason to choose them. These type of companies are perfect if you are looking to get the best deal but in case something goes wrong they turn on in a nightmare: zero support, zero customer service, zero replies. I spent almost 6 months to return a product to Amazon. Thank God this time I decided to choose a serious company that reply 24 hours a day at the emails, where there is somebody at the phone who know what you are talking about and give you professional answer to all your question. Thank you Caffè Italia for the big support you gave to me and my family, after Amazon experience with the last coffee machine purchased I was thinking to give up. The machine you recommended is simply spectacular. The QuickMill Cassiopea it’s really amazing, easy to clean and make us every morning very pleasant.

May 06,2016I ordered La Pavoni El espresso machine from Caffè Italia last week on Tuesday evening and it arrived herein in Finland last Monday. The first machine unfortunately arrived partially damaged. Caffè Italia promptly replied to my emails and phone calls. They replaced my machine straight away with a new one. Thank you Matteo for the amazing customer service! I wish more company would be like Caffè Italia !!!!

May 06,2016I can do nothing but regret my purchase with them. They were extremely rude, unhelpful and unresponsive. This was easily the most terrible service I have ever received. They were ironic and sarcastic with me on the phone when I was trying for 3 days to explain to them how important it was to deliver my order on time - my anniversary gift arrived 5 days later. Also I had to contact them because the grinder stopped working, after 5 weeks and I received again a very unhelpful and rude email reply. BE AWARE BUYERS Update / Response to the comments below. Caffe Italia is lying, they never came up with any offer whatsoever. They never inspected the grinder to conclude what caused the problem. I challenge Cafe Italia to publish a proof of them offering a new grinder at 50% discount. SUCH WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Apr 27,2016Shocked at this rating. Replacing their machine after 2 years of nothing but problems. They accept no responsibity for anything once they have your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Competitive prices but they will not honour their guarantees. Use a reputable U.K. company even if you pay a little more is my advice.

Apr 06,2016I recently bought a Gaggia Titanium coffee machine from the team at Coffeeitalia. Over the course of the following week, I had cause to complain about the condition of one part on the new machine, some small damage was done in transit. When this was pointed out to Coffeeitalia, they were happy to offer me a partial refund immediately. I had expected to have a struggle, but the team at Coffeeitalia were excellent to deal with, and responded promptly to all my emails. This is the second Gaggia machine I have bought from this website, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Their range is very wide, and their prices cannot be beaten! Mar 17,2016we had to send our rancilio silvia to coffeitalia because it didn't worked. we payed 40 € for transport in advance and further 170 € for repairing it. when we got it back -the primary problem was fixed- and we started the machine:---- no coffee, but a new noisy sound. after screwing it, we found a broken buck for the pipe and a far too short silicone hose ....damages which haven't been there before! coffeeitalia's reaction was rude and after another long email seesaw they claimed us to pay 24 € in advance again for the transport of the new pieces...service dove sei?

Feb 22,2016I have now bought 2 bean-to-cup machines (Gaggia and Jura) through Coffeeitalia, and both have been highly successful. Both purchases were made via Coffeeitalia because they had the stock whereas UK companies had not started stocking them (too new). I also appreciate the excellent level of English - both spoken and written. I will certainly be back for my next machine, but the Jura is going strong and I don't see the next purchase any time soon but, meanwhile, I can recommend Coffeeitalia.

Jan 24,2016Although there was a short delay with my order being dispatched, I was kept very well informed by CoffeeItalia and true to their word my Gaggia Classic with custom copper chromed spout shipped as promised. Their courier FedEx provides excellent tracking information, just adding to the anticipation. It arrived very well packed in a substantial outer box and is working flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Jan 23,2016I ordered a Rancilio Silvia together with a grinder just before Christmas 2015, and it arrived within two working days via FedEx! After placing the order, I tried to contact the customer service to ask for a fast handling, at first it wasn't easy to get someone on the phone, but on the French website I found a number where I got all the informations needed. In the evening on the same day, I also received a call from the shop owner who confirmed the order! At that time, this was the only shop where you could buy the new Silvia, so I was a bit sceptical about the delivery date, but it was a superb experience! The machine works like a charm, I really like it!
