I ordered a Gaggia Classic II on New Year's eve but had a couple of queries about the spec so gave them a call and left an answerphone message. I fully expected no-one to get back to me until after the weekend (if at all given the woeful call back rate of most companies I deal with!). I was extremely pleased and surprised to receive a call at 5.40pm the same day (New Year's evening no less!) responding to my queries. The coffee machine was duly delivered on the expected day and an email question from me regarding paperwork was also responded to by return. This excellent service is refreshing and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Servizio fantastico!
I have bought items from Coffeeitalia twice now - firstly two coffee grinders and secondly a Gaggia espresso machine. They offer great products at great prices and have dispatched them quickly, using Fedex, whose tracking system is far superior to another carrier whose services I have recently endured. The responses to my post-purchase queries have been speedy and helpful. I will happily buy from them again and recommend them to others.
I have ordered twice from Coffeeitalia and both times have been delighted with the items delivered and the speed of the delivery. Earlier this year I bought the Grande Bellazza coffee machine, which looks beautiful and makes great coffee every day. It is also really simple to use (once you have deciphered the instructions!) This Christmas I bought the Rancilio Rocky Doserless coffee grinder, which again looks lovely, is very straightforward to use, does a great job of grinding coffee and is quiet whilst doing so. I would definitely buy from them again: their prices are good, they gave great advice when I was unsure what to buy and the items I ordered turned up when they said they would. Fantastic!
The first attempt at purchase resulted in an error page. The second attempt worked with a receipt for purchase showing. The promised tracking email from DHL never showed until the day of delivery. Intermittant email communication from newcoffeeitalia.com.au probably due to European vs Aus time zones. List price $779.00 however... Handling charge $15.58, plus currency conversion charge $8.82. Credit Card Charged twice, took a few days to sort out. European power plug, but chunky Aus adapter came in box. Not sure what will happen if it breaks down, but hey, Its built like a tank! Very happy with Rancilio Silvia Coffee machine arrived from Italy to regional QLD address on promised day, Could have bought V4 locally on eBay for $799 so this was a little more expensive with the extra $24 hidden charges, but it is the latest model and, on balance, pretty happy with whole transaction.
Received my Gaggia Titanium on Christmas, I was desperate because I was not able to use it, I emailed Matteo at Caffè Italia, he replied me fast on all my questions and solved all my issues ! I was suprised: he texted me back the same day on Christmas Evening ! Thank a million Matteo and Caffè Italia ! Lots of company should learn from you and your professionalism ! I can not rate Coffeeitalia, highly enough, especially their customer services, they were very prompt at responding to me when I'd made an error with the delivery postcode and confirmed that they had rectified it. Not only this they advised that I was being sent a brand new machine, instead of an ex display as I had been expecting. The delivery was made in less than a week, so all round a very positive experience.
I purchased a Gran Gaggia and absolutely loved it. However it required repair whilst on warranty. I contacted new coffee Italia and without hesitation they sent me details for service. Unfortunately the time it was going to take to import parts from overseas was going to be a considerable amount of time, however New Coffee Italia replaced my machine without hesitation. I was extremely grateful with the service I received from New Coffee Italia as well as the service providers. I absolutely love my morning coffee and look forward to preparing coffee with my Gaggia.

I orderd a Rancilio espresso machine from CoffeeItalia (Germany). The price and shipping cost were best compared to almost all other Eu companies.It arrived safe and well packed and in the estimated time. I would buy from CoffeeItalia again!
I can highly recommend this company. I bought a Silvia V4, delivered to Germany, took 3 Weekdays, money was charged AFTER delivery and had good after sales service (ordered the naked tamper which i forgot to order when i ordered the machine - very customerfriendly service by Marco) p.s. The machine had a testing certificate which showed that it was produced just 2 month ago -> Newest model of the Rancilio :-)

After our old machine was broken, we have been looking to find a new device. Tests, reports from friends and acquaintances, Internet and consulting in specialized stores have helped us. Our choice fell on the Silvia, although it has been pointed out by many users that the first time was difficult. Also we had, but we had several machines in the past, in use, some settling problems and took many attempts to "produce" a fairly reasonable espresso. But the last tick was still missing. We then received by mail contact with "coffee Italia". The advice from then was: "The ground coffee is too coarse." Our coffee grinder was repaired by the manufacturer, and since that day everything is perfect. We enjoy a day after eating our espresso and are glad to have opted for the Rancilio Silvia. The contact e-mail with "coffee Italia" was very pleasant and helpful. But one point of criticism we have yet. The machine is supplied with a tamper made of plastic, which is not useful in our opinion. Tip: Buy with the machine reasonable Tamper, the well diameter exactly the portafilter (58mm) fits.
I decided to buy a Eureka grinder from this company. I had heard mixed online reviews but found that their prices were so good that I would give them a chance. I contacted them by email with several pre sales questions concerning delivery, warranty and the likes and they were all answer within 24 hours which I found quite acceptable. I am in the UK and although the website suggests they are also UK, the goods actually come from Italy. From placing the order to receiving the goods took 10 days. I saved £600 on the same goods if purchased within the UK. The item arrived on a pallet, which ensured that it was not damaged at all. I found the whole experience satisfactory and pleasing and would not hesitate to use them again.
