May 19,2015My first espresso and café latte from the Anita were pretty much perfect. I am very happy with the machine, the advice from Matteo and the overall purchasing experience. Comparing my old machine with the Quick Mill Anita is like comparing chalk with cheese. Making good coffee is quick and easy with the Quick Mill Anita.

Mar 21,2015I recently purchased a Quick Mill Eliane from Coffeeitalia. After deliberating for some time on which machine to buy Marco from Coffeeitalia answered all of my questions quickly and helpfully. The advice given was spot on and I am very pleased with the machine I have bought. It makes exceptional espresso and steaming milk is also easy and quick. By the way, for anyone thinking of buying the Quick Mill Eliane and wondering how it compares to the United States model called the Quick Mill Alexia - it has nearly all the same upgrades. It has the articulating steam wand, larger drip tray with upturned splashback, resettable high limit, magnetic float sensor for the water tank. It doesn't have the pressure adjust under the drip tray but you can still adjust the pressure fairly easily by removing the outer shell. It took 10 working days for the machine to arrive which is a little more than the quoted 5 days they state. I had to push them a bit for a firm delivery date. If communication on delivery date had been a bit smoother this would have been a five star review. Overall though very satisfied.

Mar 19,2015I ordered the Rancilio Silvia and Rocky SD Bundle. The Rocky SD Grinder was temporary not in stock (because of the factory's delay). The service was really nice and good, and they offered me some good alternative grinders. But I already made my choice on the Rocky grinder, so I had to wait. The delay luckily wasn't that long and after a few days (3-5) the machines arrived save and in a perfect Box. Everything is fine on the machines and I can recommend Coffeeitalia in every way!

Feb 21,2015I ordered a Rancilio Sylvia and asked for delivery conditions. I got a very fast reply from Marco Moro, so I ordered on the web shop. During the weekend I discovered a combined special offer from coffeeitalia. I send an other email to Marco and asked him for change. He stoped the already started delivery and made it possible to send me the special offer. I received the Silvia and the accessories direct from Italy in three days. I'm really convinced from that service . Thank your for the nice contact. I can highly recommend coffeeitalia!

Jan 26,2015Bought a La Pavoni coffee machine 2 years ago, delivery was fast and had amazing customer service experience, people on sales they were replying my email even after working hours ! I had a problem one month ago: the safety valve was no longer working, I email them after 5 min a representative contacted me and guided me to solve the problem. I contacted them again the other day because my machine was peeling off the chrome, they replaced me the whole machine with a brand new one! I can just say unbelievable company and unbelievable people!

Jun 19,2015I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We bought a coffee grinder that started issuing smoke, a burning smell and stopped working within approx. 15-20 seconds. The coffee beans were selected individually and placed by hand into the grinder. The company blames us for using the 'wrong beans' - said there must have been wood and rocks! LOL. They offered a new grinder at half price. We pointed out our rights and their responsibilities under consumer protection law - they chose to ignore these. I asked the company for its registered address - it would not supply these. They even hid their registration details for their website - I reported this to Nominet who published them as CoffeeItalia were in breach of the rules (only individuals can suppress their details!). Tired of pressing for the company to meet our consumer protection rights and their responsibilities we referred the matter to our credit card company and won!! We have received a full refund. I would NEVER recommend this company nor trust it. Don’t trust the reply of the company made 3 years later. They are LIARS
