Oct 08,2014I accidentally killed our old coffee machine one Saturday morning, after a quick bit of research we had decided on the new purchase, all done online and delivered to the door within 5 days, very excited by this FAST turn around!!! A slight glitch with the plastic water tank was rectified within days and the new one appeared on our doorstep FABULOUS!!! Great company to deal with and a great selection of machines.

Oct 05,2014Hi Cafe Italia, Good news, we found the two Unica coffee machines! Looks like you guys addressed the shipment to 4/35 Ford Avenue, instead of 4 Ford Avenue, and they delivered it to a Sally, but a John lives there as well, so she thought it was his. He told her when he got home that he was not expecting anything. They decided that Fedx or someone would come looking for them. Lucky it took 2 minutes, just up the road from Johns house. Thanks for your prompt response to my email, and we have set up the machines, flushing through etc, and both are making pretty good brews after 8 or so brews for adaptation to fine tune them. Very happy with the simplicity and easy to use controls, no stress, no confusion, no mess, just as people said in reviews we have read. So far two happy new customers. Oct 02,2014I ordered my Jura coffee machine through Coffeeitalia as it was a bargain price. Ordering on thier website was easy and as the company uses Fedex I could track my order across Europe to the UK. Coffeeitalia automatically registered the coffee machine's warranty. All emails and enquiries were dealt with quickly and the staff member I spoke to was very knowledgeable which is reasurring. I I'm very impressed with my new purchase.. Thank you

Jul 30,2014I originally ordered this machine in sunshine yellow, as I have a teapot in the same shape & colour. After a short delay, they told me that wasn't possible as even the manufacturer had none in stock, so I resigned myself to my second choice which was red. It played on my mind, as I didn't really want to pay that amount for a machine that wasn't exactly what I wanted.... There was a two week delay, & I contacted the company to find out whether it had been shipped already. If not, then I was prepared to wait whatever time was necessary to buy the yellow machine, as that was really what I wanted. To my absolute delight, Matteo informed me that he had managed to source a sunshine yellow machine for me, & that it would be delivered the very next day! I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to customer service, & his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend this company very highly, & cannot honestly say anything negative about them at all..... I am absolutely delighted with my purchase!!

Jul 26,2014to tell you the true i hesitated at first due to kind of cost of the machines but my move proved to be excellent products out of the factory box and fast fast transport.cool i ll enjoy these machines.

Jul 10,2014its a scary prospect when making the decision to spend a small fortune on a coffee machine, the team in Coffee Italia were excellent and with a wealth of knowledge make purchasing easy. Only complaint would be the delays in shipping but I was kept informed and felt comfortable it was on its way.

Jun 20,2014IT TOOKS ONLY JUST ONE DAY TO FINISH AND POST MY ORDER SO IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT BUING. IF I ORDERED FROM MY COUNTRY (GREECE) THE TOLD ME IT WILL TAKES UP TO 10 DAYS. Jun 13,2014Thank you Coffee Italia. I received my Quickmill Anita Package today along with the grinder. It was a welcome surprise to see you had added a wooden-handled tamper with it due to the slight delay. It is early days, however I have tried it out and am sure I have a long way to go in learning how to produce the ‘perfect’ personalised coffee for us. May 07,2014This was my second purchase from Coffee Italia and I would recommend them to anyone. They have a range of high quality products and the service is first class. Delivery to UK was only four days and could be tracked the whole way. The packaging was very secure. The Rancilio Silvia and Rocky combination is amazing, the quality of shots exceeded my expectation and the Coffee Italia own blend coffee that was included is delicious- dark enough for a rich espresso but sweet and smooth at the same time.

May 02,2014I bought a Rancilio Silvia machine + grinder from them and I received it in a timely manner and it was packaged perfectly. A few months later I had an issue with the machine and though they did take some time in responding to my requests, they stood by their warranty and fixed the machine for me free of charge. I would buy from them again.
