The aged journey is a nightmare to try and navigate yourself. Having to manage aged car for my parents was becoming totally confusing and frustrating. With so many fingers in the pie I didn't know which way to turn. I found Care About online and had a wonderful phone conversation with Rishi Deepak who was so understanding and caring. Rishi is so knowledgeable, and I learnt so much in that hour than I have in the last 6 months. If you are struggling with the aged maze then please ring this wonderful organisation.
When I had no idea what to do I rang care about and Rishi was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was relaxed and that I understood what he was telling me. He spoke in words that I understood.
You are certainly not keeping on top of your communications. My appointment is for tomorrow!!!!!!

Great company. Really quick response to my online enquiry. Very professional and friendly lady who called me. Even though I had sorted some assistance for my sister in between my online enquiry and directly speaking to Care About the advice given reassured me that I could contact them again for assistance (if the first Aged Care provider doesn't work out). Very impressed.

When I asked for help in an emergency situation. They took it in consideration. In a couple of days it was approved. Time for me to fly with no worries. I was given the five days schedule and who is coming for every day care. My husband and I are happy with the service.

Jan 23,2025I received an email from Effie Pramataris the senior Coordinator Hills Communit Care today 23/Jan/2025 regarding the issues that occurred after my lawn was mowed (damaged pipe).Her email has no basis.She said the damaged pipe being discussed is 3 years old when in fact it’s only 4 months old. I called her so I can explain to her what my point is but kept on interrupting me and she is not even letting me finished what I want to say. Until I say can you please listen to me first. She kept on saying ..we go round and round the discussion and I told her because she doesn’t want to listen and kept on depending the other party.I am not accusing the lawn mower did the damaged because I have no proof , Effie has not proof, the photos I sent to them could be a proof as suggested by Yolanda the other coordinator. Will they accept ? No Effie straight away believed the other party. Who is telling the truth ?what can they do to this situation?as I do not watch them while mowering. I was expecting a little bit of moral support from the senior staff but all I got was disappointment with her rudeness and disrespect. Straight away she told me that Craig the mower man will not come back to do my lawn and she doesn’t have anyone to do it for me anymore. I told her the feeling is mutual. She is very selfish, rude, disrespectful and doesn’t deserve her position as coordinator for community care.She should be given training on customer service. In the end I requested her to cancel their service for my lawn.
