Tried to order a pendant alarm for my mother online but was having difficulty getting the order processed. I contacted the customer service number where I spoke with Harry. He reviewed my order and my mother’s circumstances. Harry advised of issues I may encounter with a gps pendant, offering me a more reliable home based product that was more suited to my needs. Harry was polite and knowledgeable throughout the call and made the ordering process much easier. Many thanks Harry for your assistance.
We gave my dad the watch to wear, within 2 hours he fell outside! Within minutes we were alerted and able to go find him, he’d broken his hip so thank goodness he had his watch!
I had several chats with Harry, he was so very helpful and patient. He explained ( more than once ) each plan sent a brochure and was available when I called to purchase. I'm hoping to receive the complete plan tomorrow the 20th Nov. 2024. Thank you Harry and Careline365.
My time and my daughter's was with the gentleman at Age UK and it couldn't have been more caring and helpful. The package was received so quickly an it was easy to put together. After a few falls I feel much more assured about the few times I venture in my cellar and when doing little jobs. Thank you.

I had been incorrectly charged for a service I had cancelled, and when I phoned to ask about it, very quickly received a call back from an exceptionally nice and helpful customer service person, who confirmed that I should have my money refunded and promptly forwarded the request to the appropriate department. I have just received confirmation that the money has indeed been refunded.
I checked the postcode with the team and they said it would work ok. It doesn’t work in or around my house. I have to go down the road to get a connection. This is quite disappointing.

Had a lovely chat with myles and he was so helpful sent me the brochure which I received promptly and this morning spoke with another guy who was also so helpful unfortunately I didn't write his name but again so helpful and I managed to order an alarm and pendant for my brother.
