Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly.
We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

Apr 16,2024The whole process of purchasing the alarm, set up and the aftercare support is absolutely top rate. We initially purchased the watch alarm button for my mum, but she decided she'd prefer the pendant alarm. The support team responded straight away and sent out a pendant alarm, plus free postage to return the watch. The response team have been first class in supporting my mum when she falls. I would not hesitate to recommend the alarm and careline 365 to help support and provide independence to your nearest and dearest.

Apr 13,2024When my mum first got this alarm she was living alone with carers visiting several times a day. The family felt it was reassuring to know she could get help if needed while she was alone. However, she found the button hard to push and never did so unaided. Whenever we called the alarm, as a test or once or twice when she had a fall with carers present, the response was very quick. The people on the phone were calm, friendly and helpful. However, for the past year or so my mum has had a live in carer and uses an internal bell to call her if she needs help.We kept the alarm because it is also connected to the bed and would be triggered if she fell out of bed but fortunately this hasn’t happened. All in all this is a good well run service but it was not particularly useful for my mum because she has a good level of support and supervision at home.

Organising an alarm for my elderly sister prompted a number of questions to ensure I was selecting the right system that would suit both my sister and me; her only relative living 250 miles away! Throughout our conversation Samuel maintained a patient and informative approach with just the right amount of humour.
