Thanks for contacting me today, David. Review I valued your reliability most. You always responded quicky, and you were always helpful when needed. Last time I used your service your sensor had picked up my fall. I didn't have my phone with me and could not have got up. You contacted my next door neighbour who was with me in a couple of mintues. He called the ambulance and stayed with me until it arrived. Many thanks for your good help over the years. I am leaving you now because my local authority has offered me the same service for free.
I have been looking to invest in a call alarm. However all the providers seemed very shy about answering the phone. Harry, of Careline 365 used his initiative and called me and between us we secured a deal. The alarm arrived on the 31st and was easy to set up. We tested it Monday and that was ok too. No need to use it again, and not ever I hope but it is there if necessary.
The alarm is easy to set up and easy to use. Calls to the contact centre are answered very promptly with the user's name, which increases confidence in the system. The system is great value for money.
Very speedy delivery and easy to set up. Helpful people on end of phone to do a test and take info. Slight problem with the alarm not cancelling when accidentally set off resulting in multiple calls. Turned out to be a fault on the system but the team quickly sorted it within a day. Now all working fine.

Trying to get this set up for my 89 year old mother to replace service from Ealing council that has been discontinued. Received information leaflet and order form promptly in post. - The two had different pricing for the products - neither docs had a version or date to identify them Called them and tried to find out the correct pricing - turns out that the current pricing (as on website) is neither of the amounts stated in the docs received (1 week ago). It’s more expensive now! - also turns out the order form lists some products that only work with analogue phone lines - but doesn’t say so! - also when looking to sign up on the website the order for Annual billing includes a £100 discount from the monthly billing. I was told that this only applies for the first year. This is not stated anywhere in the docs or online. The customer service rep agreed that this was not good. It also makes them significantly more expensive than others after 12 months I think that this is appalling. To put out incorrect and confusing information for products that are mainly targeted on elderly people is tantamount to a con. I wanted to use them because other reviews were good, but will not do so now because their lack of attention here is so poor. Disappointed and extremely unimpressed ——— 8/4/24 Company responded implying I had posted this review incorrectly. This is not the case. The £100 discount was actually £100.01 excluding VAT when annual payment is chosen compared with monthly for the fall alarm. I will be sending photos of the inconsistent documents
I (as we all have ) dealt with many companies that provide a service, most of whom claim their service is the best or five star. Careline isn’t, it’s way better, in fact much better. We got the careline system in for my mother in law and every interaction with the team has been superb. The speed of response is quite extraordinary, professional and so helpful. I cannot recommend this service any more highly and I would encourage other organisations to learn from careline. Thank you !!
We had the Careline for my mother, it enabled us to get to her quickly when she fell and broke her hip!
My father lived 90 minutes away, and the alarm gave me some peace of mind. It worked effectively, and the staff were always very pleasant and helpful, especially when it was set off accidentally! I would highly recommend this company.
Delt with David on call to cancel my subscription as my Farther no longer requires the unit. We were very happy with the service provided and every time my dad pressed the watch the unit worked and they contacted myself great product and great peace of mind
