What an awesome team of people! have rang on two separate Sundays and spoken to the most caring, knowledgable people, Dean and Josh! What a credit to you! great support, really knew the products and had great insight into the best to choose. As well as insightful as to the reason why we needed the system, they made the process really easy and had just the right bedside manner in what is a worrisome time! The fact that you are open on a Sunday, which suits my availability to talk to someone without distractions was amazing. Looking forward to the dual devices turning up for my parents. My Careline Personal Alarm arrived recently and I started to unpack it carefully today 10 March. Two or three items were missing. I phoned immediately contacted customer services about it. The assistant I spoke to was vague, he would send me the missing items but didn't ask for my details. He said I didn't have the wrist band because I hadn't ordered it which was odd as he didn't ask my name. Is this going to be another fight with a large company??
Following an episode last May when I was hospitalised for two weeks, my two sons suggested that, as I live by myself and also to give peace of mind to the three of us, that I should consider Careline as an integral addition my existence. I acceded to their suggestion. An excellent organisation that provides a stunning service. My mind is at rest as well as theirs. I am in the fortunate position to be able to live comfortably, and Careline is the icing on the cake. Need I say more.
The entire experience of dealing with Careline 365 has been thoroughly professional and supporting. They talked us through the whole process and, when the alarm was accidently activated, were very helpful and calming to my mother
The confidence and security this simple little wristband gave to my elderly dad and his family was incredible. On a few occasions he did have to use it the response was immediate, the communication excellent. Each time it was used we received follow up calls after the event to make sure dad was ok.
The various Careline team members I spoke to during the setup of the base unit were great. What happened was that when I pressed the call button for the initial test it dialled the centre and and all was fine. However when they hung up it redialled by its self!! this happened 4-5 times, so I was told to phone the tech centre and they established that the sim card was having a problem probably due to a week sinal. So they said to turn the box off and on and take it from there. We then linked the box with my wifi broadband router and retested the box and my wrist fob and all was working properly. EXCELLENT. The team were helpful and courteous. I now feel safer at home. .
The setup was quite straightforward and I was guided through the process over the phone. The payment options were very helpful for our circumstances and once operational the service and technology worked well. I found the staff very helpful in dealing with enquiries.

Mar 16,2024Only installed this week but up to now it has been an easy and fault-free experience. The Careline team are very responsive, pleasant and helpful. What's more is that Mother-in-Law seems content to wear it unlike the awful CPR Guardian watch that never seemed to work when needed.
