She has deep working knowledge of all of the options in our area and knew many of the administrators, as well as some of the residents. We found our home, thanks to Lisa. Thank you Care Patrol.

Your advisor will do the legwork that takes the average person so much time and effort that you're almost too tired to tour facilities. Go to someone who has the connections and will help you make the most informed decision possible. They provide peace of mind during a very stressful time and can help simplify a difficult, but super important process.

She was able to find us the perfect placement in less than a week and we could not be happier with the new placement. Myra had full understanding of the process. Mar 17,2022Before using Care Patrol, I was starting to lose faith in the various institutions that provide support for the aging population. At various times throughout my mother's past months, I was continually disappointed with the lack of care, compassion, and accountability. On a recommendation of one of my clients, I contacted Care Patrol. The difference was immediately noticed. The advisor was incredibly supportive, compassionate, and dependable. That seems like a given in the field, but unfortunately, it is not. Dina was heads and shoulders above the rest. Thank you. A thousand times, thank you!

Dina took such good care of us when having to navigate these difficult waters when putting our mom in a assisted living facility hopefully for short term. She arranged everything and talked us through the process. Always there for us and I cannot express our gratitude to her for all she did. Mar 08,2022My 89 year old mother fell right after Christmas breaking her wrist pretty bad. We knew at that point, she was not safe to be living on her own. We reached out to Mary Ann at CarePatrol who was wonderful. She researched the best communities she felt would fit my mom's personality. She suggested a two room apartment, rather than one room, since my mom was moving from a three bedroom apartment. Mary Ann felt this would be a better transition and it was. My mom is so happy, involved in activities, meeting new people and safe. I would highly recommend Mary Ann. She knows all the communities so well and makes it so easy for the family. Mary Ann took care of everything and made the transition for all of us so easy.

George Alber answers all my questions within a few minutes of receiving my text/phone call. He, and CarePatrol, are making the process of moving my mother into assisted living less stressful. Mar 07,2022Angela at Care Patrol is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with to help a client. I needed affordable housing that included 24/7 care for a client that has run out of money but was not eligible for Medicaid. Angela was communicating with me multiple times a day from day one. Even communicating with the family and meeting them for tours. She was able to find the perfect home for our client in record time! I could not say enough good things about Angela and this company. They worked a miracle, I couldn't have done this without them! Thank you a million times.

Things changed very rapidly and we needed to get her somewhere safe within a very few days. We had only toured one facility at the time but it turned out that that one was the best for our situation. She jumped through hoops to get us in fast and over a weekend no less! Couldn't be happier with Melanie or the facility. Thank you! Becky Scott P.S.
