Dec 13,2021I called the number for Care Patrol and got Anthony. He immediately went to work and took care of everything. That very afternoon we were looking at 3 places. All of them were excellent care facilities, and we were able to make our decision the next day. We had to move quickly, as my sister was getting out of rehab, and needed to be placed somewhere, as we could not take care of her at home. She needed more help than we could give her. I had just a few days to find somewhere, and with Anthony's help, - - NO PROBLEM. He was very nice, dedicated to our needs, and on short notice found us an excellent place for my sister. Thanks for a job well done.

Dec 04,2021CarePatrol has been an excellent resource for our family while navigating assisted living for our loved one. From providing options, to helping us review and discussing health issues with many of the homes, a lot of the initial legwork was provided by our representative. This helped us decide which homes to tour, additional research which later aided in our decision. Our representative, Dina was wonderful to work with. Friendly, professional, informative and empathetic. She made an uncomfortable process a bit less overwhelming.

Dec 01,2021I reviewed several places with a representive after giving my wants and budget. We talked again in a few days. I told them the first 2 options were a no go and the 3rd was a maybe. So we discussed some more options and went to visit 2 locations. The first was very nice in a nice area of town, with several specials to make our monthly costs easy my wife is now a resident here and being treated very nicely. Would do it again.

Anna was able to help us understand our options in a much more efficient way than if we'd tried to figure it out on our own. And, having her on our side made the lease process much smoother. Highly recommend!

Nov 28,2021Lisa is the best! She organized everything for me while I was going through some very difficult time with my family. My sister-in-law is so happy at her new place, and has made so many new friends. The staff is exceptional and has met everyone of her needs. I would truly recommend her to anyone who needs the help that I needed.

They were nothing but helpful, friendly, honest, and they come through for you. If you are not happy then they aren't happy. They work with you and don't force you into anything.

Nov 25,2021I have never had anyone work so hard and get results as fast as Dina. I called on Tuesday and had places to review the next day. My mom was a hard to place senior because of her level of care, but they did it. I also referred them to my local ADRC. Care Patrol is the best company I worked with. I tried two others with no results, ever.

Nov 25,2021Todd Seidl was absolutely awesome in helping us find not one, but two facilities for my father and mother. My dad initially started in memory care and then Todd helped us find a facility that is considered independent living with residential care included so my parents could be together again. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone.

Nov 19,2021We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Julie Lewinsky and Don Lewinsky. Julie came to my Godmother's home to assess both her and my uncle for long term care. From the moment I met her, there was a positive connection. She is warm, caring, friendly, engaging and highly knowledgeable about the field of eldercare. Given that long term care was a difficult issue, she was mindful of how to approach the topic with them, focusing on their continued autonomy and independence, as it relates to this important decision. We are a Black family, and we appreciated how comfortable and at ease she was with us. We found the individualized approach very appealing, and we felt that we were valued and important. She selected sites for us to visit and was with us every step along the way. We also worked with Don, who helped us with updating my Godmother and Uncle's wills, power of attorney, and health care proxy forms. My uncle, who was known to be highly critical of folks, enjoyed talking with Don. Warm, likeable, and knowledgeable, he ushered us through the process of eldercare and elder law. We could not have selected a better team to help with our needs. Because they are SO GOOD, they are very busy and well worth the wait.

Nov 11,2021As I was reading other posts, I often saw comments such as: "I rarely post comments or review....". That is my exact sentiment, BUT, from the first call to CarePatrol, Bruce, Kelly, and the entire staff made our search into the assisted living world almost 100% effective and comfortable. We had to review a number of locations between Fort Myers and Naples, FL and Kelly took as much time as we needed and guided us to the final location where we safely and confidentially located my wife, who is very happy with our choices. Thank you Kelly and Bruce. To all who are looking into the big and confusion world of assisted and/or memory care facilities, I recommend CarePatrol 100% Happy Holidays everyone.

Dec 15,2021When my Mother-in-law fell and we found ourselves on an unfortunate, familiar path, I remembered Todd Seidl and the excellent help he provided to us with my Mother a few years back. Once again he came to our rescue. He enlisted Chad Ramsey's help and in no time we had several options for Assisted Living Facilities. They truly helped take the stress and effort out of the process and their care and genuine concern bought us to the wonderful new "Home" where my Mother-in-law now happily resides.
