Apr 06,2021Jim Everson is a true professional in every sense. He listened to what we wanted in an assisted living home for our mother. He asked the right questions and keeping our priorities in mind pretty quickly came back with 4 or 5 options that fit. I believe this is due to his experience level & firsthand knowledge of the facilities in the central Ohio area. He then quickly arranged virtual tours (due to COVID protocols at the time) and we narrowed to the choices to a couple. We ultimately decided to wait several months to place our mother until we were satisfied that COVID vaccine made it safe but Jim stayed in touch with both us & the facility throughout. I would recommend Jim’s services to anyone having a loved one approaching this stage of life.

Apr 06,2021CarePatrol has helped us twice now to find an assisted living center for my mother after being in the hospital and also with looking for in-home care. Karla understood what we were looking for in a facility and gave us options to suit our needs. She guided us in touring the facilities and in the interview process. She stopped in to check on my mother after she moved into the facility we chose to make sure she was doing ok. I also received follow-up calls to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. I have always received a quick response to my calls and emails with any questions I had. I am forever grateful to Karla and everyone at CarePatrol for making a difficult time a little easier.

Having to navigate the sea of details for an elder’s care can be a daunting challenge and it’s important to reach out, ask lots of questions, learn as much as you can and use every resource out there to do the best for your loved one. That’s where Cilla has been invaluable. She has been a wealth of advice, remembers every detail and drove through a snowstorm to tour facilities with me! Apr 05,2021Christa was amazing! She called with about 98% of the details she needed to place my dad - that gave me the confidence that she was invested and would work hard for us. She had less than 24 hours to find a home for us and came through. The home we chose is a wonderful fit for my dad and we are so thankful that he's receiving the care that he needs. I hope that I don't have to recommend her services to friends as their parents age, but if I do, she will be #1 on the list. Thank you!

Apr 05,2021He didn't know me from Adam, but when I called Rich Curry out of the blue with a fast moving crisis situation regarding my mother, he responded with calm, courtesy, care, and sage advice. Every interaction with him over the course of the next few weeks were the same. He time he treated me and my needs like they were the only things he had going on at that time. Of course that's not true. I'm sure he had multiple cases he was dealing with, but you always knew he was listening and paying attention. For anyone moving a senior loved one, please reach out to Rich. His expertise and manner in unsurpassed in the field.

Apr 04,2021I can not express enough appreciation for all the help that Christine Sinacola provided me when I began to deal with an ageing parent. Riding the emotions of watching someone you love becoming unable to care for themselves and having to deal with all the finances is a perfect storm of stress and confusion. To get through it, what you need is someone that can counsel with impartiality and empathy. This is what Christine did for me. Given her experience she was able to reassure me that I was not alone. After getting me to a good place she was able to analyze my family’s needs and make suggestions on how we should proceed. Most importantly she guided me through the proper steps on how to find an alternative living arrangement. The situation is as good as it can be now, and I am grateful that Christine was there for my family.

Apr 07,2021Theresa was very helpful in the process of moving mom from our home to the Adult Family Home. She was knowledgeable and had a tip for lots of things we were facing. Even in the midst of the pandemic we were able to visit several places and Mom is now settled and doing well in her new home. I recommended Care Patrol to another friend whose wife has dementia and they are working with him to find a safe place in their area. All this is hard enough without having to design the wheel by yourself. They know what they are doing and have good standards.
