Sep 06,2021I am so thankful that we put our trust in Care Patrol to help guide us through this life changing process of finding our mother an assisted living community. Amy was so kind and helpful yet never overbearing or pushy. She showed us all the options she thought would fit our needs and then let us make the decision. There were things we never considered or knew about that she was very knowledgeable about. It definitely helped us make an informed decision on our mother’s care. I would highly recommend Care Patrol and specifically Amy Feger to anyone looking for senior living options!

Sep 06,2021Linda Kurlander was very caring, extraordinarily competent, and efficient. She answered all questions thoroughly. She really knows the sites and I felt she was with me and supportive--all the way. She provided very timely transportation for me on visits to the particular institution I was interested in seeing. In addition, she really knows her way around Baltimore and its suburbs. I can't say enough about Linda and Care Patrol. An outstanding organization! Chris Peters

She narrowed the array of choices to four residences, each would have been an excellent situation for my mother and a good fit for her finances. Her strong relationships with the leadership at the residences was evident and served us during the placement process. She helped us navigate, at times, difficult waters, and provided sound suggestions. I would recommend Care Patrol to everyone who needs to place a family member in assisted living.

Sep 04,2021It is with gratitude to share my experience with CarePatrol of Metro Atlanta, because anyone caring for loved ones should have this agency on your resource list. Being a caregiver is overwhelming and challenging when you're new to the job and not familiar with the available resources, and or how to navigate the system, you need support. A month ago, I was faced with finding a health facility for a loved one that needed more skilled care and memory care than what she was receiving. I turned to Victoria at CarePatrol, whom I had used two years earlier for the first placement; she has become my "guardian angel" for which, I will forever be indebted. Victoria is very knowledgeable of senior living and stress families are experiencing, she shows compassion and immediately chimed in on my well-being; listens to patient needs, adheres to budget, takes you on tours of selected communities, carefully facilitate conversations to prevent escalating situations, does not miss a day with friendly mental health check-ins, and her gracious follow-up after placement brings joy, and comfort to the family. Victoria, you are my life savior and guardian angel.

Sep 03,2021I tried another nationally advertised service for Mom and was greatly disappointed. A few of the places that I visited recommended CarePatrol and I am extremely happy that I contacted them. In a word they were fantastic, helping me through a difficult time when I was confronted with finding a place for my Mother in less than a week. CarePatrol gave me numerous viable places, went with me on my visits and asked questions that I wouldn't have thought of. I have recommended them to all of my friends who may be going through a similar situation with their parents.

I'm so grateful about the resources that she had that helped me find the right place for what my mom needed. I know if I would have listened to other people my loved one would not have the customized card that she needs.
