May 05,2024Absolute top notch experience from the start. Recently purchased a Hyundai I30N Line+ with Adam who was a gentlemen and explained everything so thorough. I then had my handover with Amy who was a delight! I travelled 95 miles to collect and the vehicle was prepped ready to a high standard and my eyes were beaming when I saw it!! I would definitely recommend carlingo, no complaints at all. Thankyou to all at Carlingo that made my exchange so swift and simple.

May 03,2024Efficient, straighforward, friendly. No hard sales. Good choice of vehicles. I would have appreciated knowing earlier that I couldn't pay more than £500 on my credit card as I had intended to fund my purchase this way. I only realised this after I had paid my deposit and read the small print. I would also have liked more time in the vehicle before purchase, but felt that I was being supervised and also stopping the sales person from doing other things.

May 01,2024We were not sure what car we wanted originally Steve took us out to look at a few and i picked 4 or 5 i liked, he told me about each car and asked me what i needed the car to do, then with this knowledge i could decide clearly knowing what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were happy with our choice of the Nissan Juke.

Apr 18,2024Can't fault the staff at all, right from a general chat, to the negotiating, to collecting the car. Really consistently good level of service in my view. Advertising on Auto Trader is also a really good thing as I got sick of looking at individual websites so came across the car I bought through there. Couple of downsides for me though, which arguably are more of a policy point. 1. The free warranty for 90 days (worth £50) is superceded if you pick any of the enhanced warranties. This wasn't explained to me at the time as I would have wanted to knock that off the price of the car. Having said that the enhanced warranties are good value. 2. The free 1 year breakdown offered is roadside assistance only. So when you activate it you need to add on extras like home recovery which soon mounts up. You very quickly end up not saving much against getting this yourself. Even with these negatives, I would recommend using them, and would have no concerns going back in the future.
