Their staff were very approachable from the minute I attended the site and any questions I had were dealt with very efficiently. I found the car prices very competitive for the current market. I would definitely visit Carlingo again in the future and would highly recommend to contacts. Well worth the 80 mile round trip!

Mar 26,2024The car was great and the service was fine but no more. Test drive was agreed no problem. Once I agreed to buy the car they took my deposit payment efficiently but then I felt I had to ask for information about next steps rather than being walked through the process. I then had to change my plans to meet the handover date as had no options left to handover on a weekend.

Mar 25,2024Great selection of second-hand cars, presented really well. Staff were on hand if you needed them, but you are able to browse without any hassle if you want. As we were buying our daughter's first car it was great to be able to get loads of advice off the staff and the test drive she took (only 4 days after passing her test!) went really well thanks to Steve's calm and reassuring presence. The car purchase couldn't have gone better, as well as the pick up a week later. The customer service was impeccable and I would really recommend this company if you're looking for a second-hand car and it will definitely be the place we'll always go.

Mar 19,2024Our first time using Carlingo was a positive result apart from on handover of new vehicle we ended up waiting while they took car for fuel as was empty on test drive and it was noted on garage report to fuel up before handover, Minor but spoilt a smooth handover. Everything else was good the sales team a great we had plenty of time to wonder around the cars on display and sales team not pushy like most others retailers, Must say the standard of car's is very good mostly low mileage and good condition not like some other garages where you see a motor on line then go as see it and chips and dents an you wasted your time. We had 1 little chip on leading edge of bonnet that they had touched up but we wasn't completely happy with the result when we mentioned it they got a technician on it and after 20mins he'd done a marvellous job, We recommended Carlingo and would definitely go back again for our next car. Ps forgot to mention sale's room was lovely with clean toilets and receptionist was very helpful and provided us with coffee every time we visited.

We had clearly communicated by email regarding date, however, when I turned up on that agreed date I was told that the car was not ready as they had a different date scheduled.

New car was well prepared and available to collect by appointment so no wasted time. Overall impression of the business and products will mean they will be a starting point when another car is required.

Mar 11,2024Visited Carlingo Harrogate in our search for a first car for our daughter. There was a fantastic choice of vehicles available and the salesman Max was amazing. He took her out for a test drive in each vehicle she was considering and gave her some valuable advice. There was no pressure and she was given the space to make her decision. She is looking forward to collecting her car from Max in a few days.

Steve who handed my vehicle over was helpful friendly and courteous nothing was too much trouble.Everybody I met was very welcoming when I went in the showroom. I would highly recommend Carlingo to any anybody looking to change their car.

Mar 11,2024On visiting Carlingo on a Sunday it was nice and clean. Lots of cars to choose from. We browsed for a while and were asked what we were looking for. We were not pestered and left to look around. We asked to have a look at a few cars and Adam was more than happy to help. We went to look at another garage and they were not helpful at all. We did not feel happy to deal with them. So we came back to Carlingo and test drove a car with Adam. He was very insightful and understood our needs. In the end we chose our new car and filled in the paperwork. Adam did every thing he could to make it as smooth as possible and did not try to upsell us on anything. Took time to explain things to us as there is a lot to understand. We had a good laugh about various things including best places to get food. The entire team joined in for the chat. Very friendly team. On collection we met Amy and checked the car over and proceeded to finish paperwork. We were given the chance to cancel the car and made sure everything we needed was in order. We have been out in it for the proper first time today and its amazing, drives well and no issues. Can't thank them enough for there help. Will be going there again if we need another car for the family.
