Travis and Danny from the Harrogate branch were exceptional in their care that we were totally satisfied. We were offered a great trade in price for our Ford Kuga too. We are really happy in our choice to visit there. Well done Carlingo.

Jun 19,2024Fantastic experience at Carlingo. We drove from Middlesbrough. I spent ages checking all the reviews as I was skeptical on which garage to go with. The week before Danny had made the whole process simple. This was the first time I had ever bought a car and I was conscientious about it all. The process was smooth sailing. We turned up early and Danny even saw us earlier. The staff on reception were lovely and any concerns I had Danny rectified immediately. I am so pleased I went with Carlingo that I am writing this review at 22:50 on a Tuesday evening. This is good customer service at it's finest. No pushy sales tactics, relaxed environment and cars which sell for themselves. Also, a special shout out to the fantastic guy who ran through the payment with me. I am forgetful with names but he was super friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond too. We will be returning for sure for my parents car and I will be recommending in Manchester and Middlesbrough to colleagues and family and friends. No time wasting, knowledgable and great cars. :)
