Jul 12,2024After a 2 hour drive I was pleased to arrive at a modern,light and welcoming building. The staff were friendly giving a relaxed feeling. The citroen C4 was as discribed waiting for me. After a test drive I was under no pressure to buy it. They sorted the paperwork on the new car as well as my old C4 soting out any problems, nothing was to much trouble for them. Altogether a pleasent experience.

Jul 08,2024Appalling aftercare. Problems from day one. Now - the car dies in an intersection close to the dealership yet it was the MINI garage that came to my rescue!! Battery nearly dead but looks quite new....alternator?? Called Carstinko... can "fit me in" on 27th of this month!! Car under warranty and has RAC "Platinum"service and maintenance also! Carlingo don't give a toss once the car is sold. Disgraceful lack of service from arrogant, dismissive staff. UPDATE - Having been subjected to using the bus service during the Great Yorkshire Show I am sorry to say that there is NO excuse for the appalling lack of service from Carlingo. For anyone looking to buy here - DON'T. The RAC breakdown and "platinum" service are a joke. Worthless. A grand for a useless service.

Jun 29,2024Adam at Carlingo Harrogate made the whole experience of buying a car so effortless! It took me a while to decide what car I wanted and was never pushy on the occasions I went to test drive various models! He never made me feel like I was a nuisance and always gave me space to process my thoughts. I would never go through anyone else other than Adam , he really is the best! After purchasing my first ever mini from Carlingo I had a question and reception said they would get after sales to call me back and sadly I never got that call. I wouldn’t go anywhere else though , i have bought 3 cars from Carlingo and had the best service each time. Thank you Adam!

Jun 29,2024would highly recommend this company there in harrogate i rang 8.30am saying i live in newcastle and wanted to look at and maybe buy a car from them within hours they had it ready i drove 2hrs got there and ben and all the staff were really helpfull not pushy like some sales people the quality of the car and all there cars seem great. i bought the car same day and am really happy with it, check them out type carlingo into google and have a look great service thanks

Jun 27,2024The personal touch, nothing was pushy we were looking for a decent car that would last us through our retirement without being too expensive we knew what we wanted but we couldn’t decide on the colour all the others we looked at were either black or white or silver and the price was too much We are both very happy with the colour and the car is just what we wanted. The only thing we found was how do we open the boot!!!!!!i
