May 17,2024The staff at Carlingo made you feel welcomed by offering you either a cup of tea or coffee or bottled water. They didn't pester or badger you, they left you to view the vehicles at your leisure and were very helpful when you wanted to look inside and take it for a test drive.

Each member of staff I encountered was polite, friendly and helpful, and there really is a nice atmosphere—different from other car dealerships I've visited. Shout out to Ben, who really helped me weigh up all my options without being pushy and let me know as soon as a car he thought I would love arrived! I was offered a fair price for my part exchange, and I think the cars they have for sale are fairly priced - and all have good service histories.

A dealer had agreed to take my car in part exchange and It needed a quick completion for me to take advantage of the better price that Carlingo offered. They diverted their collection driver to me, and my vehicle was inspected, paid for and collected with total efficiency. Great service. Highly recommend if you have a car to sell!

May 12,2024Visited Carlingo to view a car I liked on the website.They had a great selection of low mileage cars all presented to a high standard inside and out.No one pestered you as you looked around but were extremely helpful when requested.I bought the car I'd gone to view and also got a much better trade in price for mine than been offered elsewhere.A big thankyou to Jamie,Daniel & Amy for their excellent customer service from initial advice, test drive, purchase to handover Definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a car.

Then 4 days later speaking to Travis, who dealt with all the paperwork and handover of the car. In our experience we would highly recommend Harrogate Carlingo. The showroom is bright and clean, with toilet facilities. Complimentary beverages and you get a good welcome. Definitely a 10/10

I would definitely recommend. I didn't buy a car on this occasion (brand new Audi !!) BUT if the sales experience is as good as the buying experience then Carlingo is the place to go ....excellent, friendly and very helpful and courteous people The lad that collected the car, Brenton, was also a pleasure to deal with Overall 10 out of 10 and thoroughly recommend

When I collected the car 3 days later the administration was made easy. Amy was ultra efficient and everything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to buy again in the future should I need.
