Feb 07,2024Great experience buying my car from Carlingo. Adam was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me time to look at the car myself before taking it for a test drive. All staff were very friendly, the environment was exceptionally clean and welcoming and I would definitely return in the future (even though I live over 200 miles away!). Car buying was stress free, no pressure and the paperwork got sorted in good time. Thank you to Adam & Amy.

He was happy to go along with my search and did everything to make cars available and do a test drive. Buying was relaxed. Well done.

Feb 06,2024A positive experience from the moment we took our first walk round the cars for sale. After visiting several other dealers and being pounced upon the minute we set foot in the car park we were pleasantly surprised to be warmly welcomed then left alone to browse. After checking regularly on the website we saw two cars we were interested in checking out. Chris was very professional and dealt well with our questions. Collecting our car was just as we expected from our first visit. Chris was not available that day so our handover was dealt with expertly by Travis. We would strongly recommend Carlingo to anyone looking to purchase a second hand car.

Following the sale, the process was quick and simple and Carlingo managed everything including the settling of finance. The professionalism coupled with strong communication was completely refreshing and I would recommended Carlingo to anyone selling or purchasing a car going forward. I have purchased several cars from various dealers and Carlingo have stood out significantly, providing nothing but a positive experience. Nicola in particular was excellent and ensured everything went to plan with no hiccups along the way!

Feb 05,2024We went in with quite specific requirements and were helpfully shown anything that may fit our needs. There was no pressure to buy, all questions were well answered and we didn't feel rushed. It made buying a car so much easier than I was expecting. Adam was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as were the other staff we had contact with, the whole process was made as simple as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Jan 27,2024Went to Carlingo just for a look. I was deciding between a few different models it was no trouble to unlock both cars and let me sit in and check them out. There was nothing at that time that was just right but I kept an eye on their website and arranged a test drive with Adam a week later. There was no pressure to buy and Adam even left us alone to check the car over and then answered all questions about service history etc. I put a deposit down and then upon collection Adam went to the post office for me to tax the car (as ex motobility) which not all dealers will do. Travis was great talking through the paperwork and warranty. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use Carlingo again in future. It seems like they only source really great motors. It’s been 3 weeks now since I picked up the car and it runs like a dream. Thanks again Carlingo

Jan 25,2024Over the moon with my new car. Car is from 2019 and is absolutely pristine. The experience of driving away in it was very close to that of buying brand new. When the place has cars presented to this level I couldn’t even be bothered to look elsewhere. Easy going relaxed sales made it a breeze to buy. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Jan 24,2024All staff great to deal with. Nice showroom and booked test drive on the phone. Car ready to test when I arrived. Pointed out some stains on the seats and very minor scratches on paintwork. All gone when I came to collect the car a week later. Cars in immaculate condition. Special mention to the team who replaced a battery in my partner's key fob for our current car as it stopped working whilst collecting the new car.

Danny was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly and wasn’t at all pushy. My Hyundai was in immaculate condition….it looked brand new. Jan 22,2024Needing a new car and being a lady of mature years and only bought new before I was a a bit nervous going for a second hand one and found myself at Carlingo. When I went into the forecourt a salesman came out he said his name was Adam and asked what I was looking for I said a small car with low millage and only one owner if possible Adam showed me a couple but told him I could not commit that day he gave me his card and did not push me to buy one, that is why I returned a couple of days later as I felt I wouldn't be talked into something I didn't want. He took me on a test drive and I was very happy with the car I had chosen, He talked me through all the paper work and answered all my questions. I picked it up a week later and I am very happy with my choice. I would certainly recommend Adam at Carlingo Harrogate

Jan 12,2024Mainly pleased with the car, well presented and looked after by sales staff. Engine management light came on on second day, soot on DPF sensor and knock sensor fault. Bristol Street Motors fixed it for me as not willing to do the 220 mile round trip to Harrogate.

As soon as the sale was agreed Carlingo contacted me by phone and talked me through the process. They quickly completed the paperwork and we agreed date of collection. The whole process went perfectly and I felt very supported by the helpful Carlingo staff.
