Nov 21,2023A great experience from start to finish. Excellent selection of great cars at competitive prices to suit every need and budget. No pressure from pushy sales staff, in fact quite the opposite. There to answer questions and help if needed. We dealt with Max who guided us through the whole process. We had no part exchange so I’m guessing that made things a little easier. Max took care of all the paperwork without fuss, keeping in touch with us via phone and e- mail at every stage which was very reassuring. Great handover when we picked up our car. Valeted to an exceptionally high standard and time spent with us going through the controls.

Nov 19,2023From start to finish all the staff at Carlingo we're so professional. We first dealt with Adam who was so helpful and not pushy at all. He showed us the cars we were interested in and explained everything in detail. We decided on the c ar we wanted and Adam came with us on the test drive. We were so pleased with the car we decided to buy it. We completed the relevant paperwork and Adam advised us we could pick the car u p Friday at 10am and that Travis would deal with the handover and all the paperwork. Travis was really helpful and once again very professional never rushed us in anyway. I would also like to add that there website is magnificent and very clear and has all the details of all the cars they have for sale. Carlingo should be very proud of there staff as they are all so helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely use them again. Nov 11,2023We've now had 3 cars from Carlingo since they opened and they've been absolutely brilliant. Initially bought a red Civic which was flawless, sold back to them later on to fund starting my own business and was a quick and easy transaction. Then purchased a Superb Sportline, which was a great price considering the colour and spec, and then today have picked up a Hyundai i10 for my partner. The guys have been absolutely spot on, cars have been great and the service they provide is personal and professional. Big shout out to Max, Chris, Travis and all the other staff for looking after us so well. We'll continue to use Carlingo when we need a new car, as they're certainly the best in Harrogate.

There was a very good selection of cars and l was able to take my time looking round without being hassled. The staff, perticularly Max were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The whole process went smoothly and l am very happy with my new car.

Nov 05,2023Looking for replacement vehicle and my wife came up with carlingo. Bit dubious at first as thought " yet another car supermarket where sales reps are too busy playing candy crush in the warm or only want commission on a Aston Martin vantage". However I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Saw the car I was interested in,and Adam the salesman approached us within a short time. He was very welcoming and went inside to fetch my wife and myself a coffee whilst we browsed the vehicle. We went inside to discuss numbers and again Adam was very helpful and at no time pushy. He told us how carlingo operated and was helpful in assessing our vehicle in part exchange,which again was a very fair price. As this was only the second garage we had visited we decided not to go ahead at this time and would instead take time to keep searching. After we left at no time were we hounded by Adam or carlingo which made a refreshing change from other dealers who are constantly calling or emailing. We were sent a link if we wished to put down a deposit.....this was requested by myself however and not just sent as a nudging tactic. Unfortunately due to another garage messing us around we held out and missed the one at carlingo. Adam contacted us to say the vehicle was gone and that if required he would contact us if similar vehicles came in All in all a refreshing experience in buying a car,which is sometimes so annoying. Obviously I cannot comment on after sales etc as we never purchased a vehicle. Give carlingo a go,I would definitely recommend their great approach to customer service. Well done Adam....maybe next time we won't hang around and put a deposit down quicker!

There’s no pushy sales techniques, Steve was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend visiting carlingo, all the cars were in great condition and they make everything very clear and easy.

I reserved the car, returned on Saturday for a test drive, decided to buy and picked it up on Monday. A very smooth, efficient, transaction. Thanks to all the friendly staff at Carlingo but especially to Adam for his quiet, organised, reassuring manner.
