Dec 13,2023I purchased a car from Carlingo in 2022 and recently traded it in for another car with Carlingo Harrogate. Adam Milner was the salesman and he was very friendly and informative. I am situated in Lincoln so had to book a time to go see the car. They were more than happy to reserve the car with no penalty so that I could make an informative decision. On the day of seeing the car Adam allowed me to inspect the car without someone hovering over me and was very patient while I did so. The test drive was long enough for me to feel how the car drove. The paperwork was a breeze and Adam talked through each step telling me what was what. The showroom is impeccable, so clean and modern and all the staff were friendly and took time out to say hello. Highly recommend Carlingo Harrogate and Adam Milner. I will definitely use them again if the situation arises. 10/10

Dec 09,2023Buying experience was smooth, quick and pleasant. Steve picked me up from the train station and took straight to the dealership. The car was waiting for me there. I found the test drive route pretty good, as it was fairly long and included different types of roads. As for the car condition, there was literally nothing to complain about. Once the paper work was done, I drove off. Here's to another happy customer, thanks!

We were surprised to find that a lot of the cars were hand picked by their head buyer from private sales. They seem to pride themselves on finding the gem that had been well maintained and cherished by a previous owner. The head buyer was on hand to answer any questions which really helped the process and filled in the gaps about the car’s previous history. All the staff we encountered with were efficient, courteous and pleasant to deal with. No hard sell or haggling; just realistic pricing. An altogether refreshing car buying experience. The modern, stylish show room and good coffee helped the process too. Thank you CARLINGO!

Nov 27,2023So stress free! The best part ex/new car purchase ever! No haggling, a genuine valuation on our part ex vehicle, fair market value price on the vehicle we purchased. The new vehicle was presented in absolutely pristine condition for its age. From arrival at Carlingo an excellent experience. All the staff, from the lovely receptionist to all the sales team we spoke to were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
