Jul 30,2024Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was wrapped up quickly. Staff offered to collect me " if I needed it" after dropping off my rental car. Minus- It would have been nice to have had a full tank. The tank was on red before I travelled the 9 miles home to check and get a feel for the car.

Jul 29,2024Drove down from cumbria to veiw the car which had been prepped and was ready to test drive. Really helpful staff and no pressure , ended up buying the vehicle , in total took less than an hour. Brilliant service , couldn't fault any part of the process.

Jul 28,2024Buying a car is a difficult decision but Carlingo had many choices of makes and models which where made available to drive. At no point did we get any pressure sales pitch as the customer is made to feel that their needs and likes mattered. Great experience from choosing a car right through to collection was amazing.

Gave a competitive part-exchange price for my old car and made the process simple. My new car is exactly what I wanted and was clean and ready for collection.

The communication has been excellent and very responsive from start to finish, leaving no questions unanswered. This is the first time I have sold a vehicle like this and carlingo have been outstanding. The process has been so simple and almost too good to be true.....except it was true!
