Aug 26,2024Went to look at a low mileage Citroen C1 at Carlingo, very nice car, very well presented. Salesman Chris was very helpful, not pushy at all, asked for a test drive which wasn't a problem at all. Collected the car a week later, handover was smooth and pleasant. I can't fault Carlingo at all, showroom and site is very good and the people are nice to deal with.

Aug 13,2024Fantastic communication throughout, Carlingo bought my car via Motorway and it was really straightforward. Car collected at agreed time from my house, checked the vehicle to ensure it matched my description, released the funds immediately, waited a few minutes for me to confirm receipt then took car away. The driver who collected it was very professional and courteous. A great all round experience.

Aug 06,2024Rachel and Beth on the front desk were always super polite and helpful. The showroom was spotless and the sales team were quick to offer us bottles of water when we first arrived. Richard was very enthusiastic and well informed about the Abarth 124 spider I test drove. Ben followed up by ringing me several times to check if I was going to buy the car. Jamie met with us the second time we appeared as Ben wasn’t at work that day and showed us the cars paper work. I put a holding deposit of £300 on the car. It was all very straight forward. Further questions were answered by email regarding taxing the car, servicing records etc. The final signatures needed came my way via email at an awkward time as I was driving and hadn’t seen them and these were needed before the car could be released and put on a transporter. I’m not sure if this could be improved upon. They don’t shift on their pricing AT ALL so if you like the lack of haggling then this place may appeal to you. Overall, a friendly, competent, low pressure- to -buy experience.
