With collection then Thursday afternoon - this could have been sooner if I was able to accommodate. Monies were in my account before the driver left. 10/10 very easy and effective process.

Feb 28,2025Avoid if you want good customer service. Bought a Kia. A week later had ad blue leak in engine causing to leak all over the engine and cause a mess and damaged an injector. Couldn’t use the vehicle. As it’s a Kia had to go to a Kia dealer as under warranty. To which I had to sort out. Earliest I could get in was 10 days from the incident. Rang Carlingo to ask for a hire vehicle as I’m now without a car a have work and child commitments. To be told none available. Asked if I could get one and them reimburse me as this is not my fault and not had the car over the 14 days. The answer was a straight no. Now I’m out of pocket and only just got my car back today. To which I bought on the 05/02/25. No offer of compensation. No apology no nothing. Happy to take my money though. Although good service when selling you the car. AVOID.

Feb 23,2025Saw a car I liked on the companies Internet site. Went to view the car the same day. Was offered alternatives in a similar price range but no hard-sale tactics. Stuck with the car I liked and payed a small deposit to reserve it. Offered an extended warranty but again no hard-sale. Purchased and left with the car three days later. Excellent service. Thank you! :-)

Feb 18,2025Great service from start to finish. Not pressurised at any stage. There was a fault on the car which was noted when we got home (2 hours away). We took it to a local garage to get sorted out and the repair bill was payed out quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend Carlingo.
