Oct 21,2024The car we bought is great, but the buying experience was poor. As my daughters first ever car purchase we were expecting better. The poor communication was not good and car was not valeted well at handover.

Everything happened as promised and the money for the purchase of my car, was in my account within five minutes of the lovely collection man checking everything was in order. DVLA were informed of the change in ownership by Carlingo and I heard from DVLA within the hour. Evie was very efficient and extremely helpful. I can certainly recommend both Carwow for selling my car and Carlingo for a smooth purchase and collection. So Bravo. Thank you Evie and Carlingo.

I found that all staff I met or spoke with over the phone were professional in giving details I needed to sell and buy a different car. I was particularly surprised and pleased in how they assisted in dealing with transferring my direct debit to the DVLA from my old vehicle to the new.

Danny, my sales representative was super helpful with no pressure and very knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience and certainly recommend.

Sep 26,2024Car garages have not really been a place where i have bought cars from in the past, i went to carlingo to look at a vw caddy, i was shown round by chris and taken on a no pressure test drive, the car was in excellent condition and drove brilliant, all in all it was a very good experience buying from them, i would have no problem recommending people to go here, thanks to all that made me feel welcome at carlingo, hope to see you again

However, the credit checking with Blackhorse is awful and very stressful even though I passed the credit check and I still haven't received my deposit back. Car is fine. Its not Carlingo that ruin the experience its the credit checking agencies they use.
