Mar 03,2023It’s taken me a couple of weeks to write this as I’ve been having so much fun in my new car!! Having made up my mind what car I was looking for, carlingo had a choice of 3 Audi TT different spec and age. Simon was very knowledgeable and talked me through each one and helped me to come to a decision which one was the best for me. Asked for a test drive and after filling in the relevant forms was taken straight out. No hard sell at all as wanted to come away and think about it. Once I’d made my mind up I contacted Carlingo (Mon) with a few more questions and dealt with Simon again who put my mind at ease. I had only one day that week (Thurs) where I could collect the car and they managed to get everything sorted for me to collect. (Having no car to part ex I had to rely on a lift to the garage) Arrived early but all staff very accommodating. Wasn’t left long before going through the final paperwork with Simon. Only downside I can comment on was their free 3 month warranty, I was spending a considerable amount of money on a car and the maximum £500 repair budget didn’t quite fill me with confidence. I did however purchase their extended warranty after looking online as it was very reasonably priced. Overall great experience from start to finish….thank you for an amazing car.

Very friendly, helpful, reliable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We dealt with Steve and he was great with myself and my family - I honestly can't recommend him and the company enough to anyone wanting to buy their next car. Feb 18,2023So I’ve waited 2 weeks before writing this review just to make sure no sudden issues with the car I purchased. I’m a cautious buyer and as a subscriber to Which do my research before making any purchase. Can honestly say I’ve had a very good experience with Carlingo from start to finish. I dealt with Callum and he’s absolutely great, no salesman bluster just honest straightforward professional service. Would highly recommend both Carlingo and Callum!! Oh and the car is an absolute 🤩 buy.

The showroom was impressive and easy to find. All the staff were super welcoming and made the experience a good one. I would highly recommend a visit. Ask for Callum... We dealt with Adam who has been brilliant from start to finish, very knowledgeable about the cars and his people approach made us very comfortable and unpressured. Mar 04,2023The whole team at Carlingo worked hard to prepare a spotlessly clean and well serviced car. The process of buying was easy to follow and well explained. There was an unforeseen problem within 24 hours of purchasing the car which Carlingo liaised seamlessly with VW Caffyns to rectify the fault and immediately offered to cover the extra incurred costs. I can’t fault their professionalism to produce a great looking, well priced and well presented car. I would throughly recommend buying a car from Carlingo in the future based on my experiences with dealing with Carlingo.
