Jan 20,2023Seamless from point of first contact to completion of purchase. Having found the car that I wished to buy, I made the phone call. I was dealt with efficiently & courteously throughout by the Sales Manager, who, subsequently collected me from the rail station. The car was accurately described and perfectly presented, indeed better than anticipated - and I am a demanding, exacting customer. The purchase procedure was quickly dispatched without fuss, and I was soon on my way. The premises are new, appearing very organised, & meticulously clean. Despite having owned in excess of 80 cars, this was only the second vehicle I have ever bought from a dealer. In my opinion, Carlingo demonstrated the best possible car buying experience. Well done.

Jan 18,2023From the initial viewing of the car there was no sales pressure from any of the staff. A test drive was arranged that day and having decided to purchase the car the process was explained clearly (thank you Adam). Optional extras were explained with no ‘hard sell’. The only disappointment was on the day of collection as the car would not start. This was soon rectified with a battery pack. The showroom and the cars are pristine. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would recommend Carlingo for their ability to put prospective purchasers at ease and for not using high pressured sales tactics.

They were very obliging and did their utmost to help us. We were really pleased to receive follow up from them about the subsequent sale of our car as it was a hard decision to sell it. They went above and beyond the level of service we expected and made the experience less painful! Many thanks to them both.

Jan 11,2023I came in about a week ago to look for a car and was dealt with a lad called Adam. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything on show that I liked. Adam went for a look around the cars that had just come in and straight away he found a car in my budget. Took it for a test drive and he gave me a lot of information about the car while on the drive. Just like that I picked it up a week later, I was given constant updates about my car by Adam so I knew what was happening and when it would be ready. I picked up the car yesterday and I’m over the moon. Once again big thankyou to Adam for a smooth process.
