Feb 09,2023Carlingo offered a price for my car, kept me up to date with the process of selling to them and made it all very easy. Collection date sorted, paid the money directly into my account, exactly as they said they would, before taking the car. Superb company to deal with, highly recommended.

I part ex my older car and was shown how to use the newer features on the car I bought. Finally enjoying driving again. Thanks again Adam.

Jan 27,2023Top marks for customer service, friendly, honest and helpful staff. Jason was brilliant to work with buying my new car. Really nice show room with plenty of top class cars in. I already knew the car I wanted and a test drive was sorted out for me, small deposit took car off sale. I already had finance in place but Jason said they might be able to get a better deal and he was right. Finance sorted they offered me good price on my car in part ex. Picked car up today whole process took just over a week which is good considering my shifts and test drive being on a Saturday. Will definitely be giving them a shout when I'm looking for a new car.

They are the perfect balance of friendly and professional, they even started my paper work before office hours as they knew I was in a hurry. When the banks held up my payment the boss even personally messaged me to let me know when it had completed. The car I bought is also absolutely top notch, detailed like a new one.

Jan 25,2023Richard is one of the nicest and most patient people I've ever had the privilege of talking with. After having a bit of a go around with a third party car selling platform, myself and Richard connected. He was super understanding of the frustration I had and very patient with myself. It was a complex issue and Richard took the time out of his day to explain it, and break it all down, clearly. Even going as far as to provide recommendations as to what I could do with the car. Although I can't say anything about Carlingo's experience from a buyers perspective, I can say as someone looking to sell. Richard and the team do a fantastic job of diving into the history of their catalog of cars and ensuring everything if of high quality. If I was looking to buy, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to look and see what these guys have!

Jan 24,2023It's taken me a week to write this because i've been enjoying my new Audi A1 too much! Carlingo definitely match what they say on their website they want to help you buy a car and not just sell you one! They have a lovely showroom with some very nice cars in, and all members of staff were polite and friendly no sales pitches or pushy pitches they let the cars do the talking themselves. A special shoutout to Adam and Steve who couldn't do enough for me in getting my new car ready polite friendly guys who made sure everything was right and i was more than happy driving away. I know where i'll be coming for any future cars... my partner still keeps talking about the E-Pace.... thanks again! Great company!
