Cars all immaculately presented with relevant details about them displayed in the window, allowing us to compare models and helping us to make an informed choice. The purchase process was cleary explained and straightforward. Thank you to Adam who initially greeted us and made us feel comfortable to just browse, and to Steve for taking the time to show us our chosen vehicle in more detail and for arranging the test drive and seeing the process through to the end so smoothly. I received a email from Nicola who was fantastic from start to finish she kept me updated with everything about the sale My car was collected at a date and time to suit me with very little paperwork & hastle. When the car had been checked the sale price was immediately paid into my bank account before the car was driven away. Well done Carlingo & Thank you Nicola

From my initial discussions over the phone through to collection of the vehicle, everything was impeccable. The vehicle in question was a GTI Performance, and it is perfect. Not a mark on the vehicle, full service history (including all receipts) and at a reasonable price. What more could you want? As happy as I am with the vehicle, the service i received was (somehow!) even better! I would not hesitate to recommend Carlingo to anybody thinking about selling or buying a vehicle. Top notch service, great costs and complete transparency through the whole process. 10/10.

Dec 04,2022I was really happy with my experience buying a car from Carlingo. The salesman, Adam, was knowledgeable, helpful and patient - letting me go for a second test drive. I really liked the fact there were no pushy sales tactics. I always think how a company acts when something goes wrong is the real test and they were brilliant. Shortly after I picked up my new car an engine warning light came on. I took it back and the problem (a seized valve) was sorted for me no questions asked. They even made me a coffee while I waited for them to diagnose the problem and then gave me a lift home and back to the garage to collect may car later. No problems since and I'm extremely pleased with my new car. Would highly recommend. Update Feb 2023 - no further problems. I absolutely love my car. If you want a great car with no pushy salesman take a look at carlingo.
