Mr. Shivakumar is the person who pick the vehicle and resolved the problem of a fault light displaying on the screen for engine fault. He did a good job also could able to resolve the fault within half a day. Good Job Mr. Shivakumar, have a good day.

Car was not working properly with light and ac on. I taise a warranty request. Akshay Sawant promptly visited my home and explained the issue. However the issue was not covered under warranty, so I was asked to get the car serviced.

Cars24 evaluate my Toyota Innova 2018 petrol less driven, with all service record and even the inspection guy was saying your car is well maintained. Nevertheless u received a call from cars24 and they quote me 7 lakh price. I mean guys are you seriously interested in buying car ???. I ask him to find me Innova for 7 lakh I wil Buy 2-3 from your portal. Pathetic cars 24, worst service.

Worst platform they are fraud and cheats they will quote less price to us any they will keep huge margin and sell they will send unskilled technician he will open the oil cap from our bonet and they will not close it and the oil will spread everywhere this has happened to my car don't allow them to inspect your car they are cheats for car inspection and will to sell their inspection report beware of them

Sethuram service engineer made a visit on a complaint request for my car purchased on cars24. He did a brilliant job on fixing the Ac blower issue. Even the company was not able to cover it, but he took his time and made it working. Kudos to him, really satisfied with his work.
