Apr 01,2025I opted for the free car inspection at CARS24, only to be asked for ₹353 to get the inspection completed and download the inspection report after they took photos of my car and documents. Nowhere was this charge mentioned before! This is highly misleading, and they should be upfront about all costs. I have also requested them to delete my personal data from their system. Be cautious before sharing your documents with them.

Apr 01,2025Worst customer service they have charged me twice a booking amount and once token but every time i pay after few hours i get to know thy cancelled the appointment as car isn’t available i simply asked why was i charged booking fee and the token amount they simply said just for the marketing purposes. Cars 24 you guys failed this is to let people know what kind of fraud you guys are doing many more is yet to come

They just tell you too many problems in your car which will not be actually in your car in order to manipulate you to sell your vehicle at their price. Don't even pay for car report it's all rubbish and totally waste of money and time. Would have rated zero if there is any option.

Mar 30,2025Waste and worst company కస్టమర్ కి రిప్లై ఇవ్వట్లేదు సరైన సమాధానం లేదు price విషయం లో అవకతవకలు పొంతన లేని సమాధానాలు అసలు cars24 close చేయడం మంచిది హైదరాబాద్ లో నా inspection చేసి 2 నెలలు అవుతోంది ఇప్పటికీ 6 సార్లు 24 వాళ్ళు కాల్ చేసి మీకు మంచి price వచ్చింది సెల్ చేస్తారా కార్ అని అడిగారు అడిగిన ప్రతి సారి చెప్పాను సెల్ చేస్తాం అని కానీ ఎప్పటి వరకు అసలు response ఏ లేదు నాకు అమౌంట్ చాలా అవసరం ఉంది చాలా సార్లు చెప్పాను మీరు చేయగలరా లేదా అని కూడా అడిగాను మేము డీల్ క్లోజ్ చేస్తాం అని మీరు టెన్షన్ తీసుకోకండి అని చెప్పారు కాల్ చేస్తే రెస్పాన్స్ లేదు..

Mar 30,2025I sold my car to Cars24 in Jan 2024, and it’s been 14 months I am still chasing them every day for RC transfer. There is no transparency from their end. I have been trying to reach out to their Board, since their customer service isn’t providing accurate information, but their Board isn’t responding. I have written multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to Vikram Chopra but no response. They team never respond to calls. It has been a horrible experience with them. RC transfer is a crucial and important step.
