Jun 09,2024They are the worst company to buy cars from. Please read my story before buying. You can read my full story by searching: "The Horror CARS24 is! Cars24 Review" I purchased a Car from Cars24, but it didn't turn out to be good, the short story is, I bought a car with a 1-year warranty, the car was faulty from the start but the issues were temporarily patched, the car worked for 3 months normally but then developed an issue, I went to get it checked and I was told the entire engine was bust, the company denied me a warranty and refused to repair the car, I spoke to their management, people who sold me the car filed a case in consumer forum and nothing, for 6 months I tried to get help but did not from anywhere, finally I did not have any other resort and I stopped paying for the Car's EMI, they came and took the car, sold the car, never gave the money back but came back to me that I still owed them 1 lac, which I refused to pay. They have a bailable warrant against me and now I have to go to court dates or I will be jailed, this has been going on for 2 years. It's not just me, I have talked to many who had the same issue, and there are thousands of such cases.

Jun 09,2024Called both Spinny and Cars24 to access my car which I am planning to sell. I called upon both Spinny and Cars24 at same time to inspect my car. Cars24 initial estimates on app when I gave car details were above 5 lakhs. However when they completed inspection they offered me 3.2. Hold on, don’t jump the gun. Spinny initially estimated 3.5 to 4.3 when I gave car details and upon inspection the same car and with lot more detailed inspection, offered me 4. Spinny’s inspection is thorough whereas CARS24 person enjoyed his sweet time and completed the inspection in < 20 mins without even driving the car. It was Spinny’s representative who drove the car and measuring everything. Seems CARS24 representative already knew his fraud company will not give better price so why to waste time. I’m frustrated because they shown me estimates of more than 5 lakhs. Stop fooling your customers. I’m 100%sure, I’ll not interact with you guys and neither will allow (yes, allow) my friends and family to have business with you. A company who has moral issues, is worthless.

Jun 04,2024will not recommend CARS24 .They are just collecting customer details , Day 1 ,after inspection 1>Got a call from car24 that they are agree to buy my car in 3.2l ,and i agreed for same. They ask me to share my PAN,ADHAR and BANK ACCOUNT details to close the deal. After follow up they told me ,we are waiting for approval. Day 2nd , Got a call and told me now the best price they can offer is 3L. after few minutes discussion i agreed . Than no update from there side. Day 3rd, Got a call and told me now the best price they can offer is 2.8L. ????? They are Just fooling the customer and try to cut down the cost every day. My only concern is why they collected my personal data if they are not willing to purchase the car, what if it is misused. This is not the professional way.
