Cars 24 employee came to my house for car inspection, after he did all the checks, he said that getting the car report is mandatory and made me pay 353 forcefully. Later i called the helpline number and got to know that it is completely optional. Bad first foot from cars 24

I'm happy with cars24 after sales service . I really appreciate to cars24 engineer Mr Nilesh Kende . My cars issue resolved in just 1 hour. My car not start due to battery issue . Cars24 engineer Mr Nilesh Kende Take fast approval from cars24 warranty team . And replaced battery immediately. cars24 engineer Mr Nilesh kende provided good service.
