Mar 08,2025Don't sell your car to CARS24. I have listed my Tata punch car pure variant, 3Km and 2 years old. After multiple visits and inspections they under value car to 4.5L. I have sold in OLX to 5.9L. don't waste your hard earned money.

Mar 01,2025So much of worst experience happened with Hyderabad madhapur cars24. January 4th 2025 cars24 inspection person came to my home and he inspected my car and charged 350 rupees and the next day i got call from madhapur Hyderabad cars24 employee and she spoke to me very unprofessional and very rude behaviour and this is continued next 3days , every day they spoke to me very funny behaviour and insulting me. After that I have escalated to cars24 support india. But No response in so many days, after so many escalations, They reach out me. and every day I got a calls from cars24 support team , they will ask my issue and i will explain that and they will say we will sort out and we will sell your car in good price. and the next day another team person calling me and telling the same story. This is happened Last 20 days onwards, and still my issue is going the same scenario. First they offered 3,70,000/- and now they are asking 3,0,0000/-. So how they are cheating the customers. Guys Be careful with cars24. every thing is very fraud and very wrong way. This is the reason I am posting everyday in social media. And I will not leave it. Every day I will post 1 message in social media. So atleast my message reach out to some people and they will be very careful with cars24. And I am collecting all the proofs against cars24 and i will sperd it in my friend circle and my family and post in to social media platform.
