May 30,2024I have had the worst experience since I bought the cars in Cars24 hub in Garuda mall in Feb 24. It's been almost 4 months since i bought the car & i have not received car documents, i even received a call from a broker in the RTO office & he asked me to visit the RTO office as the sign is mismatched. I visited the RTO office also last week immediately & then I came to know that my sign is correct but the seller of the car sign is mismatched. Today I received a call from my bank to repay the full amount towards loan as I have not transferred RC till date. I will never recommend cars24 to any one in future as this is my 2nd complaint & no action has been taken. If this matter is not solved within 7 days I will file a suit as there is no mistake from my side.& take this matter to the Media also. from Saravana ph 9591753333
